A traditional steakhouse that focuses on Irish bred cattle and sustainable stock from rare breed herds that are traceable from farm to fork. Ribeye only use traditional Irish bred cattle and sustainable stock from rare breed herds that are traceable from farm to fork and that are a minimum of 60% plus genetic thoroughbreds. At Ribeye, we insist on all our beef being moderate to highly marbled to ensure the juiciest most flavoursome meat possible. During the cooking process, the marbling renders down leaving the meat full of flavour incredibly tender and so, so succulent!

Both the food and service were excellent. A favourite for our group was the pork belly starter which was divine!

What a lovely place so cosy and comfortable but.. food was overall very tasty but I was told it was served with mash. The actual mash was not a serving but a garnish so my advice order lots of sides. My husband ordered a steak it came with onion rings x 3 he ordered an extra portion of chips enough for 1. Price wise 4 people 2 course each and a bottle of wine €220.

My partner and I had a lovely meal here. The service was great. Our steaks were delicious and we pushed the boat out and got desert which was a fabulous decision!! Overall a wonderful experience.

My boyfriend and I went for valentines. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, offering a set menu and starting with a glass of prosecco. The food was amazing and the staff were lovely. Would highly recommend.

great night in Ribeye, steak was very good and cooked to all our requirements, sides lovely too , service good will definitely be back
