Meticulously restored in Ireland and shipped to the US, Ri Ra embodies everything that you would expect from a genuine Irish Pub. Ri Ra comes from the phrase "Ri Ra agus Ruaile Buaile," a phrase translating roughly as divilment, good fun or any sociable activity that improves with fine food, a nice pint of Guinness or dram of Uisce Beatha (whiskey). Ri Ra can be defined as place or state where exuberance and revelry prevail, where music and merriment compete and the conversation flows smooth as the Guinness ebbs in the glass. Slainte!

Nice place with friendly and efficient waiters and tasty, very full-portioned meals. Very good value for the money. I ordered the Hooley Kebab but they were out so I ordered the Irish Chicken Curry. Although very good, this large meal may not have been a wise choice before going to the theater. Dustin was a great server. Thanks, Dustin!

Love the food and service… just a bit loud at times but lots of customers there to watch sport games so need to deal w it …..

Well, we’ve been here many times and 90% of the time everything is perfect, this time the wings were not cooked the way they usually are. They were seemingly undercooked comparable to the way you get them when you get Pizza Hut or Domino’s wings. This is highly unusual so I’m wondering what happened because usually their some of the best wings around Charlotte.

Great classic pub feel with top notch service. Great place to watch a game and they even threw in a free birthday dessert. Will be returning.

Real authentic Irish food for sure. The food was great especially the beef and Guinness stew and the staff were very friendly. We decided to eat here for the first time and were really impressed and will go back again for sure.

Ri Ra's has a fun, casual, pub atmosphere. The sausage rolls and pretzel with beer cheese appetizers were very good! My husband and I had the Reuben and the Rachel sandwiches which were also very tasty. The service was excellent and we and our relatives visiting from Florida had a relaxing, fun evening out!

Always a great experience, we brought a couple of friends and they loved it. Still our favorite restaurant/pub downtown.

Consistently good food, fun atmosphere but can be noisy when busy. Fabulous location as well. Our go-to casual uptown restaurant.

Great Irish pub and quality food. Loved the fish and chips! A must get! Nice atmosphere great beer on tap. Casual place with good food. Many options to eat. Fun atmosphere. Would definitely recommend
