Often a hotel restaurant isn’t amazing, but R&H was solid all around. Great service for our party of 10 with all plates arriving hot and well synchronized. Thanks for accommodating our group, Rein! We’ll be back for sure.

I wouldn’t back! We were staying at the hotel and have decided to have dinner there, first of all there’s no many options on the menu, I ordered a meat that was impossible to chewy, so weird experience. The hambúrguer the meat wasn’t fresh and tasty, the waitress forgot our drinks and the place was dirty. Definitely I would not recommend this place.

Our 'go to' place on weekends. Last night was probably one of our least enjoyable. We invited 4 friends, but it's so quiet. Not many people, so I didn't need to make a reservation. Unfortunately, our waitress was not very good. She had a really hard time sorting out our bills. She had orders mixed up. Even after the 2nd time, she still got the bill wrong. We noticed that when we got home, with the 3rd bill (we paid), it was still incorrect. We are starting to think that a couple of other items (like the Balsamic brussel sprouts) could be added. It's getting a little boring. I hate to say this. Anyway, hope you can stay open. We love being able to go to this neighborhood bar! Fingers crossed.

I was expecting a lot from this restaurant given some of the media articles from Google and such, but everything about the restaurant was ok. It wasn’t bad by any means, but the food was good, the service was ok, and the ambiance was ok. It’s in a hotel lobby and so it felt more like a standard hotel restaurant to me. I’m glad I went, but I was expecting more.

The food is not what you think it would be hearing they have a MasterChef who has won the awards. Maybe I ordered the wrong food.

Great Innovative Food ..Loved the Bacon and Egg flatbread..and Belgium Waffles with all the sauces ..😋..Deeeeeeeliciousss..Sadly we think the waitress finished her shift and forgot about us ..🤷‍♀️But would definitely go back for the food

Don’t fall for the idea that restaurants in Hotels are no Good. This place is modern, delicious and high quality. Not overly stuffy just great food. Service was excellent. We ordered a large selection of smaller plates to share. Pasta with Lamb, hummus and pita, flatbread with cheese and mushrooms and a spectacular beet salad. All so so good. They also make generous cocktails. Great choice in Canmore. One more reason to skip dinner in Banff and go out for great food in Canmore.

Service staff was absolutely wonderful and the food absolutely delicious. The caramel apple torte was heavenly.

It was our first visit - for Father’s Day Brunch. It was very apparent that they were understaffed and the staff was new. The drinks took over 30 mins. My kids ordered hot chocolate- after 20 mins she told me they couldn’t find the packets. So I asked if they had chocolate milk. She said no and asked if we wanted something else - I said no thank you and she said they would figure it out. They mixed unsweetened cocoa with milk and it tasted awful - for $5 a pop I was unimpressed. No one did a quality check or I would have told her. I expected more from the food but it was just so so. I felt bad the servers were running around like crazy and doing their best but everything just fell short.
