Was told to seat ourselves and waited over 10 minutes before anyone even came over to drop off menus. Dining room was not overly busy and staff seemed more concerned about cleaning dirty tables than serving guests. Bartender finally dropped off menus and told us our server was busy. Watched our drinks sit on the bar for another 10 minutes while the bartender who had no guests at the bar couldn’t even be bothered to bring them over. Two of the three entrees came out at least 15 minutes ahead of the third and we were told it was because we took too long to decide. Food was nothing special. Bland, overcooked and lukewarm. Our server never offered another round of drinks despite our glasses being empty. Never checked on our meals and never even cleared our dirty plates, just asked how we wanted the bill. This is by far the worst dining experience I think I’ve ever had. It’s a shame because the space is beautiful and this place has potential.

We liked the atmosphere and comfortable chairs. Nice staff but the restaurant seems a bit understaffed. The food (we had fish) was very good but not great, except for the desserts which were absolutely delicious. Given the rather moderate price point all in all clear recommendation!

Great place for unique food and a great place to visit! The food is amazing and so delicious! My waitress helped me choose food and everyone on staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely server, food was good. We enjoyed seeing deer outside, while we were eating indoors.

Food was terrible - left both our meals uneaten. Good place to go for intermittent fasting.

Enjoyed a great Happy Hour of drinks, appies and pizzas. Waitress was so friendly and attentive. Great ambiance seating next to the open air doors with views of the mountains. We'll be back soon!

Often a hotel restaurant isn’t amazing, but R&H was solid all around. Great service for our party of 10 with all plates arriving hot and well synchronized. Thanks for accommodating our group, Rein! We’ll be back for sure.

I wouldn’t back! We were staying at the hotel and have decided to have dinner there, first of all there’s no many options on the menu, I ordered a meat that was impossible to chewy, so weird experience. The hambúrguer the meat wasn’t fresh and tasty, the waitress forgot our drinks and the place was dirty. Definitely I would not recommend this place.

We are sorry to hear of your bad experience. We have a new chef and menu. We now have a better selection. Ribeye or tenderloin steaks and our hamburger that is made fresh in house has been getting great reviews. We hope you will give us another chance.
