We really enjoyed our lunch. All the food was really good and fresh. Friendly and great service by Emi and ambience was wonderful.

I went for lunch on a weekday afternoon with a friend. Ordered the mimosas which were good. We split the chicken club sandwich. It came on a large piece of a French bread loaf. Too difficult to eat. It would be better on sliced French bread or softer bread. We rode in the elevator with other diners who had the salads and said they were great. Service was exceptional.

I got the charred steak (forgot the exact name) and I have to say that there were a few things about it that I would change personally. The plate they serve the steak on is wooden, beautiful, but extremely ineffective for when you're trying to cut the steak into smaller bites. The plate slides and moves around on the table. Would've loved some placemat to keep it from moving all over the place. Or maybe another plate all together. Now, the taste of the steak. I personally thought the char was too charred. It overwhelmed the steak quite a bit. I would've loved potato puree as an included side for the dish to help balance that char. Or, some type of sauce (chimichurri maybe) to help. My partner got the roasted chicken dish and I very much enjoyed his dish a lot more than mine.

We had the most wonderful brunch at RH Palo Alto. The ambiance is so beautiful and special. The service was outstanding. All our food was excellent. The chips with caviar dip was delicious and so were the mini lobster rolls, the Gem salad with filet excellent. My friend loved her burger and the caramelized banana split and butterscotch crème brûlée were so delicious. fantastic experience and highly recommend.

went here for me and my boyfriends 5 year anniversary - they gave us some bubbly on the house and a nice dessert to top it off! The food was amazing, very great portion sizes, and the staff and service was just as great. It’s at an amazing location, loved the environment overall. Such great vibes - highly recommend !

Beautiful restaurant! Service was good; noise level was very loud, so having conversations was difficult. I ordered the Chinese chicken salad, which tasted good except for the burnt chicken so had to pick around that. Overall fine experience.
