The food was tasty, though the menu is standard grill options. Ambiance was great, very nice decor. Our experience was let down by the service, and whilst the staff were friendly it felt too disjointed with a number of slips. The appetizer came without plates, the entrees were brought out before the table was cleared, it took 5mins to tell us the selected wine was unavailable, and the wrong entree was served.

My guests and I all agreed that there were several issues with our first visit. The room was cold and windy, the noise level was so high we couldn’t hear each other across the table. Finally we had 2 dishes that were unbearably salty. All in all we were not convinced we would come back. Service was good and our server was pleasant

Took my wife for her birthday and we enjoyed the whole dining experience. My 7 yr old daughter enjoyed it very much and my mother in law as well! We had the Chinese chicken salad, artichoke, steak, bransino, roasted chicken, potatoes and truffle fries. Price was right and food was delicious

I'm not sure if I should say the service was too good. 😂The waitstaff kept checking in, making me feel slightly disturbed. Apart from that, everything was excellent – beautiful ambiance, delicious food, tasty drinks. It's a perfect spot for dates and casual conversations.

I love the concept of RH Rooftop but the execution needs work. We were seated almost immediately and the atmosphere itself was very open and airy. Unfortunately it was also very loud…you have to wonder if the architects and designers take into account the acoustics when designing a space. Marble floors and glass with nothing to absorb the sound. It was make even noisier when the doors to the outside were closed. It was very difficult to have a conversation across the table without raising our voices which only added to the noise pollution. The drinks (Bellini and Rose Spritz) were good as was the food (burger, chicken club sandwich and sweet potato fries). Although, the espresso in the affogato was extremely bitter but after melting the gelato into it, it was like drinking a cappuccino. A save but not the point of “eating” an affogato. The service was saved only because of the servers who were not ours, stepped in to take our orders and ask if everything was okay. Once our server took our drink order, we had to flag another waiting over 20 mins with menus sitting in front of us. She showed up upon occasion but only to drop a spoon or the bill. I asked my dinner companion if they would go back…our consensus is perhaps only to have drinks and appetizers in the outdoor space.

I have gone a few times and every time I am less and less impressed. The service is subpar and the clientele in there is very odd. The food is definitely not worth the money….a $28 salad that has no flavor. Won’t go back until they get it more together.

What a wonderful first time EXPERIENCE celebrating my sister‘s birthday. I came down from CANADA and everyone was accommodating Everyone was so elegant and excellent service.
