Such a beautiful restaurant! The lovely chandeliers lit up and beautifully set tables were so nice. We had a wonderful waiter who helped with selections. We had the lobster roll which was nice and light, no heavy dressing. Nice luncheon size. Along with that we added truffle fries which were bomb! So good! The 2nd entree were ordered was the Chinese chicken salad which hubby said was very good, with light dressing. Very enjoyable lunch! Thank you!

Food and service and ambience were excellent. Our only complaint was the background noise was very high and mad conversation difficult.

The hostess didn’t seem very concerned about attending to us and left us waiting unnecessarily while doing nothing. She did the same with other customers as well. The bread was dry, cold, and hard—impossible to eat. An expensive lunch with low-quality food.

RH never disappoints! First time at Palo Alto location and by our far fave. David our guest relations person was so attentive and understood our needs.

We had an amazing first-time experience with such a fabulous waitress named Michele! The food was amazing and perfect for sharing with the table. Everyone overall was very pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

I was there cold winter night. I AC or vent system was putting out cold air and I was freezing throughout my dinner. Had to wear my jacket and scarf the entire time. Somewhat distracted me from the good food , good service and ambiance.

We really enjoyed our lunch. All the food was really good and fresh. Friendly and great service by Emi and ambience was wonderful.

I went for lunch on a weekday afternoon with a friend. Ordered the mimosas which were good. We split the chicken club sandwich. It came on a large piece of a French bread loaf. Too difficult to eat. It would be better on sliced French bread or softer bread. We rode in the elevator with other diners who had the salads and said they were great. Service was exceptional.
