Drinks took forever to arrive to the table; we got our food before the drinks came. Food was average and staff was not very attentive. Pretty over-rated.

I called the restaurant after running a few mins late toy 1:30 reservation ti ask the host for directions. The host, Tammy unfortunately gave me wrong directions that had me leave the mall parking lot to go to Crate and Barrel on the other side of the street. She joked she wasn’t good with directions. After figuring out I was close to the correct location initially I had to find parking at the lot I left to park the car again. I was then 30 mins late. It took about 5-10 to seat me which I understand but I was frustrated at the misdirection provided to me. I noted that we were celebrating a birthday but there was no birthday celebration noted during our dining experience. I do enjoy the RH chains however this location was unlike the other experiences I had previously. .

Great ambience and food. Service was a little slow however it did not impact our overall experience. Will definitely be back.

Food was okay but the ambience was very nice! Butterscotch brûlée was my favorite but lobster roll and ribeye sandwiche were mediocre

I visited this restaurant yesterday along with five friends for a special occasion. The service and food were fine...the ear splitting noise level was not. None of us were able to have a decent conversation without shouting. We will not return.

Be sure to wear sunglasses; the glare is really bad. The view is great and the layout well designed. The noise level when full is very high as the acoustics provide no sound absorption. The food is very good but pricey, all alacarte. The protector sandwich is quite salty. Our bill with no wine for one sandwich, one fry order and one salad was $100 before tip. The service appeared to be very good but our waitress was lacking, missing in action after we sat down, so we waited awhile for just water and same after entrees arrived, no “do you need anything else”. Unacceptable at these prices.

We had such a great experience. The food was amazing!! And the staff was wonderful!

The Lobster Roll was delicious. The Butterscotch Brulee and the Chocolate Chip cookies were exceptional! And our waitress Sophie was really great! Even some of the other servers gave our Pam birthday greetings as they went by.

Very attentive stuff. Chinese chicken salad and rib eye dip sandwich was tasty. Very elegant decoration. People were dressed up compared to Bay Area standards.
