   We had a reservation & upon getting there just a few minutes earlier were told our table wasn’t ready & we would have to wait. Someone in our party questioned the receptionist on why did we have to wait when we had a reservation? We were offered a larger table that was just big enough for the 4 people in our group. The other tables were small. When we were called to our table we were advised that we had to leave that table by 1 1/2 hrs for the the next party. We took the table but couldn’t believe we were REALLY going to be asked to leave. Well we were WRONG! The manager came to our table & gave us our 15 MINUTE WARNING! We hadn’t even ordered dessert yet. We were ordering our selections in a very timely manner. In the meantime the table next to us, that was larger, opened up & the other party could have been seated there. You obviously overbooked & shouldn’t have had reservations that close together. Then the manager came over & put cardboard containers & bags on our table when our dessert hadn’t come yet! Was our money not as good as the next groups??? It was by far the rudest treatment we’ve ever had in all our many weekends & years of going to high end restaurants. And, your menu didn’t have the best selection. We won’t be returning!😣

   There are 4 of us that go to brunch or dinner once a month. We have known each other since kindergarten. One of the ladies daughter had brunch there a week before and recommended you. They do a monthly gathering also. Word of mouth is wonderful isn’t it!! Everything was Great!!

   It’s a lovely restaurant but the noise level can be an impediment to conversation. The four of us felt the food was overall average for the price. My tea water was lukewarm as was my potato puree and shrimp vegetable salad. The salmon meal was lukewarm and the broccolini was very hard to cut. The petite filets meals were salty as were the French fries. When the petite filets were delivered there was no effort to ascertain which filet belonged to which of the individuals as they were ordered with different levels of doneness.

   The food was delicious. The lobster roll and chocolate chip cookies were great. The noise, though, is off the charts. Not conversation friendly at all.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I have to say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed yet sophisticated evening. The star of the night was definitely the branzino and mashed potatoes. The branzino was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. It had a deliciously crispy skin while remaining moist and delicate inside, showcasing the chef’s attention to detail. The mashed potatoes were smooth, creamy, and rich, complementing the fish wonderfully. It was clear that high-quality ingredients were used, and the flavors were incredibly well-balanced. The drinks were equally impressive. From the first sip, it was clear the cocktails were crafted with precision and creativity. Each drink was well-mixed, refreshing, and thoughtfully presented, enhancing the entire dining experience. Their top-tier quality elevated the meal and perfectly complemented the dishes we ordered. The service was another highlight of the evening. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had an enjoyable experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. It was evident that the team takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was delicious, the drinks were phenomenal, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. It’s rare to find a place that hits all the marks so well, but this one absolutely does. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience. You won’t be disappointed!

   Our server was very sweet and attentive, she recommended some good red wines to taste and she was funny. Servers like these really do build up the experience and left my family and myself with a good impression. We already decided that we would like to go back!

   Have wanted to try the Oak Brook location after having had a great experience at the original RH restaurant in Chicago. Disappointed in the quality of the food. Sent two chicken breast sandwiches back because they were fatty non-breast pieces.
