The RH Rooftop Restaurant resides on the third floor of RH Oak Brook, a 60,000-square-foot design gallery that blurs the lines between residential and retail, indoors and outdoors, home and hospitality. We invite you to enjoy our selection of timeless classics for brunch and dinner, and curated wines from esteemed vintners in the United States and Europe. Our waiter Michael was great. I was celebrating my birthday and I would return. Limited menu choices but food was passable.

I generally have a good experience at RH but was disappointed today. We were celebrating my husband and my birthdays and it wasn’t even acknowledged which was quite disappointing - especially since we saw a few other tables have desserts with candles delivered to their tables. Our server was also not very attentive which I know can be challenging with the 5 pm rush but I was never even asked after my first drink if I wanted another one. I rarely leave anything less than a raving review but I have to say this was a very disappointing experience.

The restaurant was beautifully done. Gorgeous from the decor down to the silverware. But you definitely paid for it. The service was very good and the food was delicious. It was extremely loud and the sun was beating in right on us, no shades or tinted glass to help off set. We will go back to try and experience the outdoor section, it does seem beautiful as well. Overall I would say it’s worth a visit but paying $20 for fries is a bit too much.

Terrible service. Waitress got upset and talked about us the whole time we were there with her coworkers because we only wanted dessert and drinks. We got stared at the entire time. I will make sure to pass on to people to never to come here if they only want drinks and apps or drinks and dessert. Never going here again.

I never thought I'd write this review, because the restaurant came highly recommended. What is definitely true is prices are reasonable. What is also true is the below: 1. We had a reservation, made two days prior made by me executive assistant. 2. We waited 40 mins at the entrance, patiently and without complaint 3. The host came and looked at us and the others at the entrance, and told the couple of 2 in front of us they could by seated at a large table that seated six. 4. We explained that we had a reservation and that this was a dinner party for a bride. That was ignored, They didn't check our names or anything at any point. 5. After we were seated another 45 min at the entrance, patiently, we were finally pointed to the table open closest to the back of the restaurant (there were several which were open at this point). 6. We were not ever offered water. 7. We asked for water twice before we were finally given water midway through our main entree. 8. While this was all happening, the restaurant allowed 4-5 other parties to come sit, clearly meaning there was never a "full" status to the restaurant when they'd told us earlier. 9. Our party of 6 were the only non-Caucasian in the entire restaurant the for a bit. I've never had this kind of experience, but maybe I'm spoiled because I live downtown Chicago (I’ve never experienced BLATANT disregard like this). Minority folk you are NOT welcomed at this establishment.

Food was decent. We really enjoyed the gem salad. We also got a bottle of rose and it was delicious as well. They only had beer & wine so if you’re looking for something more, take that into consideration. Overall, ambiance was great. The restaurant is really very beautiful. Great for a girls day!

15 min after our reservation we asked to be seated or said we would need to leave. Only then did they get us seated. Our server was great but the host abd hostess were terrible.

This was our first time at RH. My hubby and I have been trying to get a reservation for about a year. We had the brunch, Italian Benedict with Swedish pancake. I had the egg white omelette. The food, ambience, service (Micheal)were outstanding! Prices are relatively reasonable. The decor is fabulous! We’ll definitely be back 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
