The RH Rooftop Restaurant resides on the fifth floor of RH New York, a 90,000-square-foot design gallery in the heart of the historic Meatpacking District that blurs the lines between residential and retail, indoors and outdoors, home and hospitality. We had high hopes but the vibes here are just off. For the location, prices and brand they’re trying to sell, why isn’t there a bar? There are no cocktails, only beer and wine. We waited over an hour for our dinner entrees without even one word or explanation from our server. The food is decent but then again it’s basically Cheesecake Factory quality. Underwhelmed and would not return.

Had an exceptional evening at RH. Was there with friends and had a very nice evening. Food was very good and served at a leisurely place. Special thanks to our server Kelly for her great service. Crispy Artichoke was a hit as were the burgers.

Bad table despite booking weeks ahead. Food was bad, average and overpriced. Some staff were very rude.

The service was exceptional and personalized! Our anniversary was made very special here! Our services was the best and the lobster roll was amazing and tasteful ! We were even surprised with a sweet treat of three freshly baked cookies ( which my husband loves) ! Safe to say we will be back

Beautiful place. We came for ambiance. However, outdoor seating was not available at the time of our arrival even though my reservation is for outdoor seating specifically

We waited for 90 mins. for the food while we were starving. And also, they served main course first and then appetizer afterwards...

I was unable to give a high score for Ambience due to the excessive number of bees that disrupted our meal most of the time we were there. I drink and dine at several rooftop venues and have never experienced insects to this magnitude, which really impacted our overall experience. There are options for mitigating this occurrence and RH should invest in one. I would also recommend upgrading the filling for the outdoor seat cushions to provide greater support. Our waiter Omar was OUTSTANDING, the food was amazing (new menu), and I recommend dining at this venue.

The ambience and the location are fantastic. The hosts and server were very professional and the our server very helpful in guiding us through the best choices for my daughter who has Celiac disease. I did feel rushed to place our orders. The restaurant was busy but there were many open tables. We requested to have our appetizer ordered first and then set our mains after. The food itself is nothing to rave about. It was a bit under seasoned, and the portion of the salad was generous, but our mains were just enough. You definitely need a starter if you’re hungry.

I have never had such a wonderful restaurant dining experience! I had written how were celebrating Danny’s 18th birthday, graduation- & being Valedictorian, & how he was about to begin University of Chicago, but, to be honest, no one ever really notices/nor cares about anything one writes in the comments/occasions. Well, when I/we walked inside to the greeters, they immediately knew all about his big day, they gave us a beautiful table outside, our meal was delicious, beautifully plated, Ernie, our server, wonderful, & our dessert came replete with a lit candle on it, the perfect end to a perfect evening! VOILA! RH Rooftop Restaurant, will make your special occasion spectacular, and your everyday, a special occasion! ENJOY! 🍾
