Server was not attentive even though he thought he was. I had to pour our wine because he was never there. Table wasn’t cleared when dishes needed to be. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. He was too busy vacuuming the booths. Will never be back.

It does not get any better that RH Rooftop Charlotte. From beginning to end, the service is phenomenal, the food is delicious and the ambience is amazing. Dennis greeted us and quickly had us seated, Anastasia was our incredible server - so knowledgeable and kind. Pam was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The best hospitality ever!

Small menu choices. No full bar. Not as upscale as anticipated! Lots of noise and kids running through restaurant taking pictures, chaotic.

We've been to this restaurant before and it was immaculate, however, the overall experience was down from the time before ... The food was okay, and the value seemed overpriced based on the quality

The service was slow and speratic. I have tonsay that I was disappointed with the quality of the food especially for the price. The mashed potato puree and the truffle fries were extremely salty. The lobster toll was cold, and my friends steak was not worth 58 dollars. We were so excited to go and so disappointed overall. The drinks were very good. I don't think I will go back again.

Lovely setting, very competent wait staff but the cost of food items is out of line for what is provided. Lunch with one cocktail and tip is over $60.00
