Great food, great view at sunset. The service was great. Menu is pricey but the food was delicious.

The ambiance was great as well as the service! Our waiter was very attentive and provided some great recommendations. The lobster roll with caviar was to die for!!! I had the fillet and the meat was very tender and had an amazing flavor.

I am a big fan of this restaurant, however a few problems. The supposed King Salmon that I paid $18 for a small portion is not actually king salmon but your run of the mill farm raised salmon. And it doesn’t taste good. Bazille has the wild caught salmon- best in town. The salt shakers on the tables are always empty, and I am there enough times for lunch to realize it’s something that is not done on a daily basis. I’m surprised that a restaurant of this caliber doesn’t fill the salt and pepper every day. The few times we went for brunch on weekends the food took almost an hour, came out cold, omelette undercooked. Other than that it’s a nice place to treat yourself.

The restaurant doesn’t have a full bar, just wine and beer. The sommelier has selected a fine selection of only “dry” wines. The food items were small portions, underwhelming and way overpriced. My wife and I had a simple dinner, appetizer and side with 1 Bellini and 6 oz of Riesling and after tip the bill was $290 It was just a date night and money is not an object but you should get value in your purchase. We left and went to J Alexander bar for Bloody Mary after dinner. Just disappointing.

We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Restoration Hardware in Jacksonville and had an excellent experience! The atmosphere was amazing, the service was good, and the food was great! What a wonderful way to spend NYE! I would highly recommend this restaurant. It really was a vibe!

The dining experience was wonderful. But the natzis downstairs in the 1st floor lobby harassed us because we were trying to get a nice photo at the bottom of the stairs before we left and we weren’t in the gallery area, which was closed. The gentleman up stairs said we could take a couple of photos once we made it down stairs and we were immediately met with rude employees as we tried to snap a picture with my grandma and we were quickly disturbed and basically shoved out of the lobby area. Paid all that money for the ambiance and experience and we couldn’t even have a second to get a family photo without being told “we have the right to refuse service” which was very uncomfortable, unnecessary, and frustrating to say the least.

Delightful experience all around!!! Service, patio, view, the food—lobster roll, truffle Fries are our favorite! We were all sad when our dining experience was over.

All the other reviews are pretty much right the ambience is what makes this restaurant. The food is OK but not compared to the price. There is a lot of better restaurants in Jacksonville if you’re looking for a fine dining experience.

Cool vibes but small portions and mediocre service. They were accommodating for birthday celebration though.
