The restaurant is stunning. Food was very flavorful but it wasn’t hot. The customer service was great.

Place was absolutely beautiful, we had an awesome hostess . The waiter came I asked was brunch still being served and his answer was if it’s on the menu then yes. I was asked what I wanted to drink and I said what products do you have he said if you’d flip the menu you’d see . Soooo RUDE . So I cut in half what I was going to order and then our food came out the Roasted Chicken sandwich, was cooked way too long very hard . Burger we ordered was amazing and fries . So sad this could have been a better experience, and we could have celebrated our anniversary that was mentioned by hostess but never by the waiter. Shame on him

Everything including service, ambience, people were all awesome other than the food!!! Unfortunately the salad we got had hair in them!!

OMG I love the new menu so much, I love coming here with friends today I brought two friends who were visiting from out of town and they were floored by the amazing atmosphere and the ambience and are server. Nivea is the epitome of professional. She made everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable, and I know when I come here with guest that they will be Amazed at this gem that we have in Charlotte. Today I created my own entrée based on something I had at JG rooftop in Beverly Hills, which is caviar fries. They don’t exactly have caviar fries here, but I made my own sharing my picture. Always ask for Nivea.

Started out great. Then after almost an hour told issue in kitchen and giving complimentary appetizers. They were yummy and took out sting. Food arrived another 20 minutes later. One plate of waffles was ice cold along w cold syrup. Server never came back to ask how everything was. When bill came, as we were a party of 6 we were charged 20% tip. Was absolutely not 20% service. Been at this locations a few times and with so many good dining choices in Southpark will probably not come back. Should have gone to 131 Main.

Overrated. Meh. Not worth it. Apparently I need more “characters” to post my review. RH SUCKS. There you go. I go here regularly for “biz” meetings but the last time was the end. It was awful, the food is gross, it is overpriced and it’s all fake bougie. Fake fake fake

While the restaurant itself is beautiful, the wine selection was overpriced - even for the quality of RH. I had the filet which was prepared well, but the cut of meat was not great. If it was Choice I would be very surprised. The rest of our party had similar issues with the food quality. However, our waiter was wonderful. Overall, this is a cool lunch place at best. The food is good, but no where what I would expect for the price associated. We won’t be back for dinner.

We had a gift card and was very excited about going there since we had not been there before. We had a 15 min wait for our reserved table which was fine, We ordered appetizers and drinks and they came out quickly and we ordered our main entrees and it took over 30 plus minutes we asked our waiter and he said they were backed up. I ordered the salmon med well it came out mushy and tasted like they had just poured oil over it …. My husband ordered the prime rib sandwich and there was lots of fat and was greasy. It was like we had 2 different cooks in our visit. Our appetizers were great we ordered grilled shrimp and the artichokes and potatoes. It was a beautiful restaurant and staff was awesome. Just hate the entrees were not good !

Our Server juggled 8 teenage girls along with their Mom’s and made her 16th birthday an amazing memory!

“Belgian” waffle needs to be rethought. Omelet, Swedish pancakes, bacon and sausage were delicious although the portion of pancakes was lacking a bit.
