The restaurant is exceptionally beautiful. We had a wonderful time. Had a booth looking out. Live olive trees for the rooms. The service was outstanding start to finish. The Prosecco spritz was refreshing. Went with the fried artichokes and board. Then the kale Caesar, asparagus and petite filet (tender and cooked perfectly). I recommend all those items. Afterwards toured the stunning showrooms.

We have been to RH twice since it opened. The view and decor are very nice, but the food is mediocre at best. I had the crab leg special on first visit, which was a very small portion. The hamburger I had on the second visit was ordered to be medium temp, but came out well done. What stood out on the second visit is the extremely poor service. We were with another couple and we were all commenting on how we will never return by the end of the evening. The male server never brought us bread to start, never asked if we want more water after our glasses went dry, never asked how the meal was during the course of the evening and made us feel rushed throughout the meal. We were rushed to order and he kept trying to clear our plates while we were still eating. The nice setting is like dressing up a pig. The limited menu, mediocre food, no liquor license to serve mixed drinks and poor service are the heart of the experience and they don’t align with the beautiful view. This is all very sad, as we were anxiously awaiting its opening.

Carson was our server and he was attentive and provided excellent service. This is a gorgeous new spot that just opened. Love everything about it.

Unbeatable view, but they need much better food, colder water, and better value if they are going to compete with other Newport restaurants. Value meaning the quality and service should match the price, not that it should be cheaper.

Beautiful space, food was delicious. Service felt like kinks were still being worked out. Will be back.

Service was inattentive and slower than ideal. Fish tower and banana split were good but burger wasn’t anything special. Obviously beautiful but was disappointed in overall experience. Will try again though :)
