                                                          Outstanding dining experience. Our 8th time going for dinner or brunch. Dinner is excellent, but the brunch is hands down the best in New York City. Hesitate to write a review because it is obvious that in the next couple months it will be impossible to get in. The setting/ambience is stunning. What you'd expect from a massive budget from RH. Staff is like Four Seasons hotel. And the food is unbelievable. You'll struggle to figure out what to order and so you'll do what we do...which is to go back. Whatever you order at brunch, make sure to include the Swedish Pancakes...possibly the best pancakes on the planet. Sweet potato is not to be missed (brunch or dinner!). I heard another diner today (patriarch of what appeared to be an elegant Southern family) say "the avocado dish was epic". I think I'll have to go back myself to verify!

                                                          A fantastic experience. Christopher was there immediately to offer us a drink while we waited for our table and ended up being our server on the terrace. A small hiccup with an undercooked steak, but he was an amazing host for the evening. A perfect Valentine's Day dinner.

                                                          We were only seated 40 minutes after our reservation time, and the staff was then slow to take our order. Wagyu ribeye steak sandwich used seemingly low-quality, chewy meat. Disappointing. Rest of the food (artichokes, kale Caesar, cookies and berries and cream) was superb.

                                                          Absolutely poor decision by the RH management to keep the terrace open in this cold weather. The place was absolutely 100% cold and freezing. There is a cold breeze blowing throughout the place. Every guest there was complaining about the freezing condition. The overhead heaters stood no chance against the elements. They offered blankets to guest dining in their heavy coats. The tea we ordered to keep my wife was cold in matter of seconds whether it was in her cup or in the teapot. THE HOSTESS AND THE MANAGER WERE NOT CONCERNED WITH EVERYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT THINGS. The city should know about this and should never allow them to seat people there. I understand they wanted the diners' money at any expense because it was Valentine's Day. We are considering our options about this terrible dining experience and would love to hear from you.

                                                          Had an amazing evening with husband at RH Guesthouse. Food, and service was great. Ambiance was lovely, and even saw some vip.

                                                          Beautiful lit atmosphere and fantastic service. I have been to RHRooftop and love it and was curious about Guesthouse. It did not disappoint.

                                                          Arrived for a 7.30 reservation in the dining room to be told we had to go to a ‘waiting’ area for our table to be ready. This area was in a very draughty porch with heater not working. No one offered a drink whilst we shivered. Did not understand this concept of a waiting area for a high scale restaurant Food mediocre & chicken too salty. Staff were friendly but wouldn’t return.
