Nathan, our server, was welcoming and provided excellent service. The food is inventive and delicious. The shareable plates made for a more intimate experience for our dining party. I definitely would go back!

It was disappointing; it did not taste like authentic Middle Eastern food.

Reyla is a nice, reliable Mediterranean restaurant at a good location in Asbury Park. Last night we had a party of 7 and other than the food being served in a very inconsistent manner everyone had a blast.

Great experience overall. We did have a minor issue where we were asked to wait for groups ahead of us to finish for our 8:30pm res, and I think they forgot about us so we didn’t end up getting seated until 9:15pm only after we got up and asked what was going on, but the staff was very apologetic and the manager did comp us drinks and an appetizer which was nice. Food and drinks were excellent and service was otherwise stellar!

Wonderful as always. We love sitting in the back room and watch the professional and friendly staff prepare our food.

We have been going to Reyla for about 3 years. The last 2 visits were a disappointment. The flat bread for instance, while the toppings were tasty, the crust was not really edible - but tough, noone at the table was happy. The Tuna dish, the tuna was way over cooked. The pasta with it was good - would have been much better with a seared tuna. The time before last we had another dish (that we had to send back - and its something I can count on 1 hand doing in the last 5+ years. Too bad, one of our favs. Time to try other area restaurants, as there a lot to choose from.

Great food, but they were busy and forgot one of our dishes and drinks and it took a very long time and they never brought them.

We have visited 3 times in 3 weeks with different friends. It's that good. Try the appetizer with the 6 dips and get an extra side of pickled veggies. The portions look small at first on this dish, but you'll be surprised how much did and flavor there is. The freshly baked pita is wonderful, too. The kofteh is wonderful, octopus us also a must have. We have loved everything on the menu, including the mint lemonade. Just go here!

This place never disappoints! The food is just incredible. So fresh and delicious, every time. The menu is small but interesting and everything is made with care. Wonderful cocktail menu too! The spring sangria is to die for. My only complaint would be that it felt like we were being rushed out and I didn’t appreciate that.
