I’ve been here before a few years ago and I remembered it much more fondly than it was last night. We were pretty disappointed by the food, the only thing that was great was the price of some of the wine

We had hiked all day and were staying at the Hythe Hotel, so we decided to give Revel a try. We were greeted by the hostess and sat at a wonderful table with a view of Vail mountain. The server promptly came to our table, greeted us and asked us if we wanted a drink and asked if we had any questions. We v reviewed the menu, asked about the Prosciutto and Burrata Salad and then ordered. She brought us our drinks and within 10-15 minutes our food was served. Beautifully presented, fresh and flavorful. The restaurant and service team did a fantastic job. Definitely a good choice for a great dinner.

Horrible horrible service except for excellent rescuer. Food was totally different than on menu. To the point it looked horrible and like you couldn’t eat. Manage great but really hated the waitress throwing stuff on table. Do not go here!

A really bad experience all around. Took forever to get to our table despite a reservation. Server took forever to take our order. The menus were disgusting - have they ever wiped them off? They were out of our first two drink orders. Just really bad overall.

Very expensive and beautiful ambiance however food was lackluster and service was sub-par. We waited an hour to get appetizers and another hour for our entrees only to find our order was incorrect. Took another 25 minutes to get things corrected. It didn't seem like staff communicated with each other as different people brought us corrected dishes and we ended up with double for the corrected order. I have no problem paying top dollar for a quality restaurant experience but this was not it.

We had a wonderful dinner here! Food was great, ambiance nice, and our server Peyton was very hospitable. It’s a perfect option when you’re exhausted after skiing and don’t want to venture out into the village.

Drinks were weak. Couldn’t taste the alcohol and for the price that is unacceptable. Food was just ok. The menu was lacking for a hotel restaurant.
