Retrogusto is a pizzeria and bar that brings some much needed excitement to the north end of Preston street. We serve a Roman style pizza "Tonda", traditional roman fried snacks, salumi, cheeses and other small plates. Our food will be complimented by a small wine list that will be in constant rotation, strictly Italian classic cocktails, and beautiful amaro's from around Italy. The warm, cozy, dimly lit dining room with an open kitchen will be the perfect place to do the only thing that matters; eat good food, drink good wine and have a good time with friends.

Pizza was honestly top 3 in Ottawa and it could be #1 to a lot of people. Price was fair. Server was great. Restaurant is very very loud which is the only slight downfall but will definitely be back. Loved it.

Great friendly service, really tasty pizza and apps, good drink selection, with a casual atmosphere in a great location and parking. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything was yummy. From the appetizers to the main pizza of course. And our waiter Moe made the evening more enjoyable!! Will definitely return

The tomato basil salad is a great add-on to the menu, hope it gets added into regular rotation. Cocktails are great, pizza is amazing. Tiramisu is a big portion for one person.

Best Pizza and Cocktails in the city. The crust is thin, light and super crispy. Flavours outstanding! The tiramisu is so delicious.

Brought my husband there as I was so impressed the first time. Genuinely friendly service and ingredients locally sourced that can’t be topped. I have a new dine in Pizza favourite

As a,ways, amazing service, incredible food and just a great restaurant. We had supplì alla milanese, carpaccio di manzo and crudo pizze this time. Can’t wait to go back!

The meal was delicious and the price was affordable. The staff was amazing would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pizzeria!
