Did not enjoy at all. 1 hour delay on courses so cancelled my primi and main. Husband ate his alone. Very odd clientele in the restaurant. Sat us next to the toilet initially at the very very back of the restaurant then asked to move to which there were plenty of tables available actually in the restaurant. Everything seemed like an effort or hassle. Do not recommend.

The place is amazing, but service was very disappointing for such a top class restaurant. We decided for degustation menu. Staff did not say a word about what they serve. We did not know what is on the plate. They did not say anything about wine we drink. They just poured in the glass and went away. I had to call them back even just to show me the bottle, so I could read the type of wine. This is definitely not how service should behave, if they charge you hundreds per person.

The dinner experience was excellent. The food was of very high quality, complemented by a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views. The ambience was inviting, and the attentive waitstaff provided sterling service throughout the evening. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

Food and service were amazing! A total splurge for lunch. Prices definitely reflect the area and views but if you want a quiet lunch with amazing views and you have room to splurge than I say go for it! Make sure to make reservations.

Great Place ! Beautifull entrance feom the hotel, the most famous stairs and great ambienve at the terrace ...One of the best view in Venice. Price is fair for the quality and location it offers.

We were seated at a lovely table with an amazing view and the weather was perfect. When we occasionally received food, it was quite good. But everything else was a Keystone Cops comic horror story. We were a table of four. The first food that came out was appetizers for two of us, one received their main course instead of their appetizer, and one received nothing at all - despite having ordered an appetizer. When we pointed this out the waitstaff and maitre’d erupted in a comedy of finger pointing and loud angry Italian. They kept trying to make it right, but the dishes that came out were never right. After two hours of this we just left, after an argument over what dishes they had actually delivered.

Best location, nice view and sophisticated dishes.I was disappointed we couldn't have the seat by the ocean even we had the reservation, but still had the memorable time.
