A British Tasting Menu experience for Dinner, and shorter Set Menu for Lunch - tucked away in London’s Smithfield the dining room overlooks the historical Church of St Bartholomew the Great. We received our first Michelin Star in March 2023 and were awarded a Michelin Green Star in February 2024 - making us the only London restaurant to hold both awards.

Sensational food. Small, imaginative dishes packed with flavour. The staff were engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. Really can't think of anywhere they could improve.

The food was excellent, also the vegetarian menu. Unfortunately the acoustics in the restaurant were not good. A very noisy company of six spoiled our evening. Please St. Barts, improve your acoustics and we will come back for a memorable culinary evening.

Pared back restaurant with a relaxed ambiance. Superb food from an open kitchen brought to your table and explained by the chef. Friendly but knowledgeable sommelier who was very happy to recommend wines from the excellent selection available.

Lovely setting and friendly staff. Some of the food was delicious, particularly the vegetable dishes. We were blown away by the asparagus and mushroom courses. However, we felt that the meat dishes weren’t quite as good, particularly the beef, which was quite tough and flavourless. We also felt that it was perhaps slightly over-priced coming in at £450 for lunch for two people. One of us had the wine flight and the other had two glasses of wine. We also had tea and coffee. Again, £10 for a macchiato feels excessive. Generally enjoyed it, but perhaps not quite worth the cost.

My second visit to Restaurant St Barts which far exceeded expectations! Exquisite food and perfect service in a tranquil and very attractive environment. Every aspect has been carefully considered and attention to detail is second to none. Many congratulations to Johnnie Crowe and his team!

Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Betreiber und Macher dieses gepflegten und schönen Lokals zusammen mit dem Service und dem Inhalt an Essen - ein grossartiges Erlebnis. Das ist echt eine wundervolle Bereicherung an Dinning-Culture in London.
