The service was really bad. The day after we ate at a restaurant in the old town (from Michelin guide, 2024) rhe prices were the same but it was more tasteful and the service was so much better. We were Just ignored for the whole time. Sat with an empty glas for an hour.

I had beef carpaccio which was good, this came with finely sliced beef rather than the more typical diced beef presentation. This was served with finely sliced white truffle, lightly pickled onions and shavings of gran padano. With the ingredients used it is quite difficult to go wrong, this was €25 for this. However the beef was so thinly sliced it barely felt present on the plate. For my main I had beef Ragu and gnocchi and I did enjoy this, the Ragu had mushrooms, more gran padano and parmesan tuilles which added texture and this was €29.50. All the prices of the food were at the higher end and to be honest it was very tasty. However I was tipped over the edge by being charged €15 for a rum and coke. The service was very good, nice ambience and I wasn't sure if the restaurant would seat me as a lone diner but I was in the end pretty glad they did.

We had a lovely meal sitting inside due to a thunderstorms. There is an outside terrace if you are luckier with the weather. The food was excellent with a creative menu. The ambiance was great, the restaurant has a lot of history which you can feel in the interior decor. Prices were the same as restaurants inside the Dubrovnik walls.

Loved the octopus salad and nice, quiet ambiance away from the crowds of the Old City.

Lovely dinner starting with the warm bread and oil and aged balsamic vinegar. We had the lam shank and it was excellent. The ambiance under the patio was great even on a very rainy night in Dubrovnik.

The restaurant was beautiful with many open tables. We requested to be seated at a nicer table for 4 (as a party of 2) on the terrace and were denied. We chose to leave as we did not want to sit at a tiny table in the corner when there were many other available tables in a much nicer setting.

Great food and ambience. Unfortunately we had a very impersonal waiter and poor service. Other waiters seemed to be much better so I expect this was a one-off. Would definitely recommend the restaurant despite this experience.
