With June, a very creative and modern restaurant has found its way to Halle. At June there is nothing like in other restaurants you know. Not the music! Not the service! Not even the food and certainly not the wine. We don't want to Focus dogmatically on vegetarian cuisine. Our goal is to get the maximum out of vegetables every day in terms of taste. We try to work very regionally and seasonally and sustainability also plays a very important role in our kitchen. From home-baked focaccia to ferments and miso, we pack a lot in glasses in months of planning. There is a lot of craftsmanship in June and we work very product driven. Our passion for this job is reflected in every plate we prepare for you and in every advice on wines or non-alcoholic alternatives. We are very much looking forward to your visit to June

Auch der zweite Besuch in June war kulinarisch ein absolutes Highlight…. Mein Favorit in Halle.

Großartiges Shared-Plate-Konzept mit wunderbar ausbalancierten Gängen. Am besten einmal alles nehmen. Man sollte sich für das bestmögliche Erlebnis zweieinhalb bis drei Stunden nehmen.

Gutes Reservierungsverfahren, welches ohne Probleme geklappt hat. Angenehm gesessen. Essen dem Vorschlag gefolgt und es war sehr lecker. Satt geworden? Ich nicht, hätte etwas mehr sein können. Meine Gäste waren aber zufrieden. Die Gerichte und die dargebotenen Gerichte wurden jedesmal in Bezug auf Zubereitung und Zutaten erklärt, das fand ich sehr interessant . Leider haben ich nur die Hälfte verstanden, da die Lautstärke im Gastraum die Erläuterung teilweise übertönte. Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Wir wünschen dem Team viel Erfolg.

Unfassbar tolle regionale Küche mit Geschmäckern, die ich so vorher nicht kannte :) Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!

Im June ist es ganz wunderbar! Das Essen ist hervorragend, frisch, modern, die Weinbegleitung top und das Team super herzlich! Das June ist einen Besuch wert, auch wenn man nicht in Halle wohnt!!!
