I recently dined at Restaurant Gish, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The interior is beautifully designed, offering a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The food truly delivers on the promise of authentic Korean fusion. Every dish we tried was flavorful, but the highlight was the Korean-style pork, which was absolutely top-notch – one of the best I’ve had. The service was equally fantastic, with the entire staff being incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and experience. I will definitely be back again!

A hidden gem! Through the unassuming entrance is a lovely, intimate restaurant that’s simultaneously chic and cozy. The staff is warm and attentive and took time to explain each dish in detail. And the food…oh my goodness. Complex but not overthought. Wonderful combinations of flavors and textures. I literally ate every single bite - even the garnish! We plan to come back every month to try each new menu. So good!

Fantastic dining experience. So much thought care and love in the preparation and presentation of the food. This was a well crafted and delicious meal. Special callout to the wine pairing which was so well matched to the food.

The food was excellent. The dishes showed case the creativity of the chefs. It’s artistry. The service was also first class. Overall, it’s a great dining experience.

Amazing place. We come back as much as possible because every month's menu is so good. Best fine dining experience without the exorbitant price.

Amazing food. Outstanding service. Couldn’t ask for a better mid-week treat. The black garlic wedge salad was delicious. The saffron cardamom turnip with caviar was refreshing. The putgochu-jeon macaroni was a fantastic combo of cheesy, savory, and fried with a nice kick. The marinated wagyu sootbul-gooyi was cooked to perfection. The yogurt and white peach dessert had the freshest white peaches and figs. Stellar menu.

As always the chefs at Restaurant Gish amazed me with innovative flavors and ways of marrying various ingredients from different flavor profiles. Other than the beef being a bit too sweet for my taste, everything they served were spot on. Keep up the great work! Restaurant Gish has been one of my wife and my favorite fusion restaurants.
