Terribly slow service for two people, one being a 4 year old and we didn’t feel prioritized at all. We sat down at 6, ordered bread and one main course. They waited a half hour and until the bread was completely gone to come over and ask “can we start your main” … like what have you been doing this whole time?! took 45 minutes to get our steak form the time we ordered… wild! Staff was kind but oblivious

Great little place. A bit cramped, but good food and the staff did a great job with handling the crowd.

Restaurant Black and Blue was on our hotel's recommended list so we went. The atmosphere is very nice, the food wasn't bad, the service though, needs some serious work.

We ordered a lobster and salad. Both were terrible. The lobster was very small and not cooked well. The salad had no taste without dressing. The fries were good. The waiter did not charge for the water.

Had a reservation, waited outside for 30 minutes after reservation to be seated, waited 30 minutes to talk to server, appatizer 45 minutes after that. Watched bartender scream in waitresses face because someone ordered a cocktail. Entre never came, finally got the attention of a server, they forgot to put ticket in. Waited 45 minutes after finishing meal and could never get a check. Had to leave cash on table and tell manager we had to leave. 4 hours total to get two steaks and some shrimp.

We booked a table at this restaurant a month and a half in advance and when we got to the restaurant, we were made wait 45 mins in the rain as the restaurant was overbooked. 7 other couples ahead of us were in the same situation. Terrible experience.
