Our mission is "Bienvenue to All!" Our restaurant celebrates the hospitality and gastronomy of authentic, scratch-made Louisiana and Southern foods with a focus on environmental stewardship and our immediate community. Our menu represents the integrity and connections between our chef, our farmers, and ranchers. From mustard to sausage to biscuits, nearly every item is made in-house.

    Cochon De Lait is a Louisiana-Style Whole Roasted Pig. This event is the most popular event with Beatrice. Join us for a Cochon-Whiskey Dinner focused on sustainability on Wednesday, October 16. Our chefs will be roasting a pig that Restaurant Beatrice purchased for this dinner. We will serve three different Blackland Distillery cocktails and pork in seven different ways on a menu that prizes all parts of the pig. This pig has been ethically raised by our rancher who sourced it from Dr. Mark Murphey, an award-winning breeder and professor from Louisiana Tech. Limited seating. Price does not include gratuity or tax. Patio or inside dining available. Menu is in the photo carousel.

    Limited menu means everything is fresh and delicious. We loved both gumbos, the shrimp and grits, and the redfish special. Too full for the wonderful sounding desserts, but did share a scoop of the praline ice cream made especially for this restaurant. Yum!

    We were celebrating a big birthday and, wow, did Beatrice deliver! The food was delicious and beautifully plated. The service was attentive. The birthday sparkler in our celebrant's amazing cake was the perfect ending to the evening! It was all we wanted and more!

    My second visit. I really want to support this local place, but just can’t. First visit, food was OK, but the bar was lacking. Super slow service and couldn’t even execute their own specialty cocktails, but this was when they were pretty new. Just went back. Food was still OK. There was only one front of house person. He seated people, also was both the bartender and waiter. Definitely inattentive - no water refills, dropped the entree without a word because he had to seat someone, never checked to see how we were doing or if we needed anything, didn’t stop by to ask if we wanted more drinks (empty glasses sat for the entire meal), and good luck getting his attention without standing up and waving my arms (not something I would want to or should have to do)… you get the idea. When he finally returned after we sat staring at our empty plates, we just wanted the check so we could leave. Not the dining experience anyone would want. He was one person doing everything for 5 inside tables and one outside table. However, I’m not spending my time and money for a sub-par experience. If you can’t execute, don’t accept my reservation. So many other choices for restaurants.

    Food was ok to good depending the dish, description on the menu was not exactly what was in the food, the gumbo dish says crawfish and andouille sausage, no crawfish at all I had to requested, lots of chicken too much on the dish. Very, very poor selection of wines, repetitive and most of them not so good, is clear who made the selection does not know about wine. Also the only beer the have is Miller Lite, waitress said they only have two beers when I asked for one of them did not have it. A restaurant without beer? Well if you order wine is more expensive. They claim to be a Cajun restaurant, the don’t have even the basics of good Cajun food. We paid $200 for 3 people. Our server was the best about this restaurant. Nice and helpful.

    Incredible. Food was authentic, upscale and exceptional. Beautifully plated. Core of the dish traditionally prepared but at a whole new level and flavor forward.

    Unfortunately it may have been the highest priced meal that we left completely unsatisfied. Our meal took incredibly long to prepare even though the restaurant had two other patrons. A 4 top and a 1 top. Service was fine as in- he was there when we needed. Server didn’t show any personality and ambience was non existent. Red fish was mushy. Expected more.
