The Restaurant at The Durham serves an ever-evolving seasonal menu of American classics and regional specialties made with the bounty of produce, meats, cheeses and seafood from our local farms and purveyors. Start with drinks and sunset views on The Roof, followed by dinner in the Restaurant’s glass-walled dining room with striking mid-century design.

Very good food, in a unique and beautiful location, full of light and space. The service is a bit sloppy and doesn't match the food and location levels (e.g., the clientele's appearance is more polished than the servers'). A brunch menu that incorporates a service tip in the bill should include a drink. In general, great potential that could be easily attained with a little more care.

Steak and risotto dish were very good along with the red velvet/peppermint cake. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely go back.

First, this is one of our fav restaurants. Had the scallops which was a new item/recipe. Overwhelming spices. Indian (which I love) but the scallops were doused in garam masala and other sweet spices to a gut wrenching level. Had to leave the last one. The squash puree was over spiced and on and on. Half the spice level and this could have been a wonderful dish.

My only complaint is that we did “Dinner Before the Show” which is a price fixe menu to help facilitate a quicker meal in order to make it to a show at DPAC. We were there for an hour and a half with a 5:30 reservation. I feel like I could have ordered off of the regular menu, which has many more options, and still would have been there the same amount of time.
