Located on the second level of the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles, with stunning views of the driver development track, Restaurant 917’s sleek and modern setting echoes Porsche’s world-class design aesthetic. The name and decor were inspired by the legendary 917 race car, which gave Porsche its first overall wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970 and 1971.

Porsche Experience Center’s Restaurant 917’s refined yet approachable seasonal menu is composed of ingredient-driven dishes that merge diverse flavors, inventive techniques and playful compositions. Food was cold but very cool experience, burger was almost frozen in the middle but server and environment was very appealing. Would not visit more than once.

Fun lunch to kick off my husbands birthday. Started with champagne and shrimp. Espresso martini was delicious but small. I had the salmon and my husband had the burger. Both very good. Service was great.

The restaurant environment and atmosphere are pretty good. Drinks from the bar and waitress service are also good. However, the food provided was not tasty (4 dishes were ordered)! The cooking/chef skills needs to be improved, and the wait for the food to be served was too long. Will not go back !

Amazing experience overall. The food is some of the best quality and the waitress was extremely kind. We had a perfect view of the track. I will definitely be coming back. The espresso martini and old fashioned were delightful too.

Went there for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered some drinks which were pretty good albeit a tad strong . We ordered the gem salad and hamachi crudo appetizers. The salad was excellent however the hamachi was very small, barely enough for a single serving. We ordered sea scallops and hanger steak entrees. Both were overpriced for the serving size. The steak had good flavor as did the scallops. We celebrated a birthday and the birthday dessert was $20. Which was a small round chocolate type cake which would be approximately prices at under $15 at most. The 4 stars is given because of the superb service and the esthetics of the restaurant and race track. We had window seats and there was a lot of activity going on below that day.

Its was me and my friends first time at this restaurant and we were excited to try it out. The ambiance is very nice, the view of the track was nice, employees were nice too. However, our waitress gave us really bad service today. She forgot many things - my friend ordered an alcoholic Beverage and it came about 40 minutes after we ordered, we were well into our main course before it arrived. She also forgot about the hamachi I ordered, forgot that I had asked her for chopsticks for my sushi and I had to ask for it again. I also asked her a question about the salmon that she didn’t know, she went to ask the chef but came back with an answer that had nothing to do with my question. She was way off to say the very least.

A dining experience that I gifted my boyfriend who is a Porsche lover. Step in the doors and was kindly greeted by Mariah who was full of information to help us enjoy our experience. Our table even though not directly in front of the window still allowed for a favorable view to see the driving track and take pics. The food was delicious! Salmon was cooked to perfection and the Waygu beef burger melts in your mouth. The service was professional and delivered with a smile by Mio and Jesus. Not yet Porsche owners lol but we will be back like we are!! Thank You PECLA for making us feel like Lexus owners belong!

the view and being so close to so many cars was amazing, but everything else was just okay. the food was just eh, $28 for a burger i could get anywhere else was overpriced. only thing worth it was the view.

Restaurant 917 never disappoints . .a bit pricey for "daily lunch" but best experience for a special occasion. Yesterday our waitress (cannot remember her name but I believe she said she was from Ecuador) she went above and beyond with her CS .

An overall great experience especially since this was a gift to my boyfriend for our Anniversary/Early Birthday since he is a car loving guy. It was nice to come on a week day where it was not busy. We really enjoyed watching the track while eating lunch! The burger is great and huge, so definitely recommend. Thank you to everyone at Porsche Experience Los Angeles, we really appreciated our time!
