    We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to Restaurant 1890 by Gordon Ramsay. We offer a five course menu at £85 per person, if you have any dietary requirements, please do let us know at least 72 hours in advance. In the event that you do not honour your booking, or cancel it with less than 72 hours’ notice, the payment card used to secure the booking will be charged a fee of £85 per person. Pre-paid experience bookings will be refunded if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the even

    A warm welcome for my wife’s birthday followed by a tasting menu which was served and described perfectly. The cost was high and we only had the entry level wine pairing but each wine was fantastic and complimented the course. Randomly, the only part I’d change was the chairs! I felt too far away from the table and my feet didn’t have a comfortable place to be while sitting down! Overall, fantastic and we would love to visit again.

    A wonderful experience. Everything - food, service, wine, ambience - was beyond perfect. I highly recommend. It is pricey, obviously, but well worth it.

    I'd have given this 5, except that I rather fear the cheese course tarnished the whole experience for me. It was a truffle and brie de meaux cheesecake which was so powerfully flavoured that it overwhelmed the entire meal. It was a massive mis-step and far out of keeping with the rest of the, frankly otherwise excellent, meal. (I'd also not fully appreciated that that *was* the cheese course, either, so my accompanying glass of wine, which was sharp enough to have taken the edge off, went undrunk until I'd finished the course.)
