Repeal 33 is proud to be Savannah's finest craft cocktail bar and restaurant.

Chef Greg Garrison’s menu features modern takes on classic Southern dishes, sourcing the best products from local farms and purveyors. Dishes change seasonally.

Award-winning Beverage Director/Owner Jim McCourt’s menu features regional beers, a handpicked selection of wines, and numerous signature cocktails.

Repeal 33 is more than a dining establishment or bar; it is an extension of Savannah’s culture and history, providing a sensory experience in how that history molded it into the destination it is today.

Repeal 33 is the ideal location for all your special events. We offer unique event packages to fit any size or style. Our large private room can seat up to 75 guests and offers a separate bar and private bathrooms. Our smaller semi-private space, known as our "snug" can accommodate 18 guests.

We went to Repeal 33 for our anniversary dinner with high expectations, especially since we noted our celebration on the reservation. Unfortunately, our anniversary was never acknowledged, which was disappointing. We arrived hungry and excited, ordering several appetizers to start, but each dish fell short. The beef tartare had a creative presentation but was a letdown in taste and appearance—it actually resembled cat food. The chips served with it were bland and stale, making the dish even less enjoyable. The octopus, though fine, felt overpriced given the portion size. We’re accustomed to receiving a larger piece for the price, especially in dining destinations like Miami or Manhattan. We also missed having bottled water, which we prefer over tap water for our table. Next, we tried the “charred wings,” but they were soggy with just a faint grill mark, which left us disappointed with the texture and flavor. The sourdough was decent, and we enjoyed it, though it’s hard to be overly impressed by just bread. The most disappointing dish was the lobster roll—it had an odd, chemical-like taste and smell that raised concerns about freshness. It was lukewarm and unappetizing, and my wife quickly lost her appetite, which cut our meal short. At that point, we asked for the check and decided to leave. Our server, David, seemed more interested in pushing items than genuinely guiding us through the menu. He praised everything as “amazing,” making the whole experience feel overhyped. In the end, our special dinner turned out to be a disappointment, and we ended up eating takeout at our hotel, which, ironically, tasted much better than anything we had at Repeal 33. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience.

We came in for our anniversary dinner. We didn’t love our table as we were sat at a small table in the middle of the room with lots of traffic. Food was great. It was decorated well. We will definitely go back.

The old fashion was skibidi Rizz. The food was bussin’ (not disgusting) and Candace is the GOAT.

Food was outstanding and service by Rhett was wonderfully personable. I had half doz beau soleil oysters, the schnitzel (through a southern lens), and banana pudding for dessert. Rhett made great suggestions for wine and cocktail pairings. Delightful!

Our waitress Antonette was great! She recommended great drink and delicious entrees. Definitely would come back again.

We loved Repeal 33 so much, we went 3 times during our 4 day stay! We loved the happy hour bar experience. The restaurant has a very cozy, modern vide and we enjoyed the expertly crafted cocktails and menu items offered during happy hour. The oysters were amazing!! One evening we had dinner after enjoying the happy hour menu and it was delicious. My only complaint would be about their version of Oysters Rockefeller. I believe the order is only 4 or 5 oysters and they were very small with out much substance to them, and they were $19!
