Love the vibe! Food was good, but a little salty and redundant like all the dishes were sort of the same combination of the same ingredients.

The host hit on my partner, explained the menu exclusively to my partner and didn't even look at me.Everything was to my partner. As my partner ordered his steak medium well, the man then said "ah, yes that's easier on the mouth" with a little smirk. It made us both very uncomfortable. He would then "check on us" every two minutes making small talk exclusively with my partner ( again, making us uncomfortable by ignoring me) If that wasn't enough, when the food did come out my salmon (which was clearly frozen before) was like a brick and the steak was undercooked. The only reason we tipped 20% was because other people helped us. Wanted to try this place for the longest. It was my idea to come but we'll never be returning. Completely unprofessional and the food was mid.

First time eating here. Service was very attentive. Prices are high for such an unassuming space. Had the flounder filet with jollof rice and ripe plantains ( as a Latino getting excellent ripe plantains at NYC restaurants is not as common as you would think). Food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. Fish cooked to perfection with a fantastic breading and the fruity sauce on the plantains was wonderful when I put it on the fish. Iced tea was good, too!

My first time going and I will be going back. The food, drinks and service was on point. The house manager kept going around asking everyone how everything was and if they needed anything. Good place to go for date night so you can actually have a convo with someone and hear them. Just a heads up we went on a Friday night and the dj was setting up his equipment as we were leaving around 9:30 PM.

I ordered the short ribs and my wife ordered the salmon. The short ribs portion served was disappointing as the serving consisted more of fat than edible meat. I discussed with the server and all he said was I'm sorry. There was no effort to accommodate for such an inadequate meal. While my wife's dinner was fried so hard she could not enjoy her meal as well.

I found a gem in harlem! let me say that the only reason I did not give 4 stars in all aspects was because it felt like a pleasantly niche experience. That being said I had a great time. I don't do brunch often as a guy with a hectic work schedule but the place was very warm and inviting. The staff was very kind to me and my friend who were stood up by almost our entire party. Lastly omg the food was good!. Admitedly I didnt try the brunch menu but the regular menu looked so good I couldnt walk away. Which leads to the second part, I am team stomach before wallet, so I didnt care much to search for budget options. That being said I was very satisfied with what I paid and I was blessed with. I will return to try the other more brunchy options. Again salute to the chef... my steak was perrrfect!.

I had a delicious Steak and French fries; Loved the grilled taste of the steak! The wine sauce was delicious too. It might have been a bit too salty overall but other than that, I really enjoyed my meal. The prices are equivalent to Midtown's restaurants which was a bit surprising considering the location in Harlem (I would say a bit too pricey for our neighborhood).
