Noise aside, we loved our first visit to Remingtons. The food was outstanding…especially the steaks and the herb butter…you should sell that! The caviar service was wonderful. If I had one recommendation related to that, you should consider the option of fresh cooked potato chips instead of the blini. We’ve had it at a few wineries and dinners and it’s an amazing accompaniment. Now as for the service…it was our 21st anniversary and the entire team made us feel welcome and special, especially our waitress Christina. She was perfectly attentive, very detailed to make sure that we knew what we were ordering and made sure that we got it. And so friendly! We will request her every time if we can because she made the dinner perfect. We can’t thank her enough. Obviously, we will be back

All was magnificent. Our waitress, Chrissie was beyond exceptional. The food represented what a 5 star should be as did the atmosphere.

Remington's Prime Steakhouse in Ocala delivered an absolutely unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfectly setting the stage for an incredible evening. The service was impeccable, with staff who were attentive and genuinely eager to enhance our experience. Special thanks to Cindi, the manager, who was welcoming and ensured we felt right at home. Even the star chef, Randall White, took the time to personally ask how our meal was, which added such a personalized touch to the night. As for the food, it was simply spectacular. The tuna appetizer served with pimento grits was a delightful surprise—an explosion of flavors that had us savoring every bite. The Wagyu ribeye was hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. The black bourbon butter was an inspired addition, elevating the steak’s flavor to a whole new level. Every detail of our meal was carefully crafted, and no aspect was overlooked. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff ensured the night was special by bringing out a dessert with a candle, making the moment even more memorable. If you're looking for the best steakhouse in Central Florida, look no further—Remington’s Prime is it. We will definitely be back!

We booked a table for 7 and needed to add two more at the last minute and they were more than happy to help. Furthermore, we were running late on the latest reservation and they were all too kind to gladly welcome us. The service from Hayley was fantastic. We had corn/lobster fritters which were simply fantastic. The French Onion Soup was tasty and the steaks and sides were too notch. Absolutely wonderful place.

Food was delicious as always, 3rd best Brussels sprouts for me. Steak was delicious as per my wife.
