Executive Chef Brian Whitson uses locally-sourced ingredients, most from with 117 miles of the restaurant, to craft a menu that has something for everyone, from extra lumpy crab cakes to wood-fired pizza and more.

Regions 117 is truly a treasure, as it is the only venue for lakeside dining in the Valley, located just behind the gates at the dynamic Shenandoah Lodge. We welcome all who enjoy delicious food paired with an uninterrupted view of the 117-acre Lake Frederick from inside, or out on our expansive Veranda.

    Overall, a good dinner. They sat my husband and I at an awkward booth where we either sat side by side, or across from each other an awkwardly far distance to chat. We changed positions 4+ times, it was just an odd setup for 2 people. When I made the reservation, I was asked if it's a special occasion. We were celebrating our anniversary, which I indicated on the reservation. Nothing was done or acknowledged during the dinner so why even ask about a special occasion? Pretty good food but the restaurant itself was quite noisy. I would come back and try other menu items, probably not for a special occasion.

    Took a friend for a Birthday celebratory lunch, the server was great, good recommendations and a nice choice of Gluten Free items available on the menu. First time dining at Regions, will definitely be back.

    Service was exceptional as usual. Food was very good but under seasoned compared to our usual experience. We addressed with the manager who thanked us for the feedback as there was a new grill cook. Will be back again very soon!!!

    This restaurant is so beautiful and the menu is good. We don’t have a lot of modern or upscale dining options in Front Royal and this one is such a nice space and good food that you can count on.

    Celebrated an early birthday dinner for my friend/coworker. It was him and his wife’s first time dinning at Region’s and Jessie was the perfect server to have for the occasion. She sold my friend on the catfish, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Jessie also recommended the crowd favorite lemon crunch ice cream, which I got for dessert and could not have been happier. Hope to bring more friends back in the future.

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner with our kids at Regions 117. The food was delicious and we had a fun time checking out the lake with the kids. We will be back!

    Went for my Birthday. Had a very nice time with a view of the lake. Only negative was that we had to put up with the flies, lol, but we were outside so that was to be expected. Ceiling fans would probably help, but overall, a pleasant experience.
