Executive Chef Brian Whitson uses locally-sourced ingredients, most from with 117 miles of the restaurant, to craft a menu that has something for everyone, from extra lumpy crab cakes to wood-fired pizza and more.

Regions 117 is truly a treasure, as it is the only venue for lakeside dining in the Valley, located just behind the gates at the dynamic Shenandoah Lodge. We welcome all who enjoy delicious food paired with an uninterrupted view of the 117-acre Lake Frederick from inside, or out on our expansive Veranda.

Service was exceptional as usual. Food was very good but under seasoned compared to our usual experience. We addressed with the manager who thanked us for the feedback as there was a new grill cook. Will be back again very soon!!!

This restaurant is so beautiful and the menu is good. We don’t have a lot of modern or upscale dining options in Front Royal and this one is such a nice space and good food that you can count on.

Celebrated an early birthday dinner for my friend/coworker. It was him and his wife’s first time dinning at Region’s and Jessie was the perfect server to have for the occasion. She sold my friend on the catfish, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Jessie also recommended the crowd favorite lemon crunch ice cream, which I got for dessert and could not have been happier. Hope to bring more friends back in the future.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner with our kids at Regions 117. The food was delicious and we had a fun time checking out the lake with the kids. We will be back!

Went for my Birthday. Had a very nice time with a view of the lake. Only negative was that we had to put up with the flies, lol, but we were outside so that was to be expected. Ceiling fans would probably help, but overall, a pleasant experience.

Our book club met here. Three of our six members had never eaten at Region 117. All three were so impressed that we plan to return for next months outing. One of our members is gluten free and another a vegetarian and both were pleased with their meal choices. Our server was great and management even touched base. Such a lovely pleasant atmosphere.

Great food, fantastic service and great waitress have in mind was a graduation dinner only we wait for our table for around 10-15 minutes .

Beautiful spot and a great view, a little busy outside on the patio so we opted to eat indoors. Food and drink were uniformly excellent - we enjoyed the margaritas (with and without mezcal) and the Brussels sprouts were outstanding. Service at the table was solid and Region's would have absolutely rated five stars if it hadn't been for the lady at the reception desk, who refused to acknowledge us whatsoever while she sat and talked on the phone for five or so minutes. She gets -1 star for the rudeness...but Region's did quite well other than that.
