We arrived for our reservation and were seated immediately…. Which can be unusual … how many times do you have a reservation and just have to wait? Our server and supporting wait staff were top notch … keeping our waters filled and removing plates and making sure we had fresh drinks … it was spot on. The food was delicious but the service made this place impeccable. The one unfortunate situation is that we were seated near a window. The parking spots faced right at us .. so every time someone arrived or left, the headlights were blasting on us.

Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. I love Region. I just moved to Barrington in the fall and it's my favorite so far! The cocktail I had was amazing! The food, melt-in-you-mouth good. The dessert was extraordinary!! A+ experience Yummy!

Joanna was our server. She served us two weeks ago and literally remembered us from a year ago. We love her! Food was fabulous!

The staff is very pleasant and service is great. I had a beet salad that was delicious. I also had the filet with mashed potatoes and green beans. Cooked to perfection. This is a favorite restaurant of ours.

We love Region but were underwhelmed last night when we stopped in to celebrate a milestone and were happy to have a reservation. The ribeye steak was unusually fatty. The seabass wasn’t on point like it usually is, it was undercooked and one of the sauces was missing (the orange one that is usually dotted on the plate wasn’t there at all) and the presentation was sloppy. The clothesline bacon was undercooked and soft all the way through. Region is one of our favorites but last night was a disappointment.
