                                                    The food was fantastic. One of the better meals I’ve had recently in Saratoga. Unique and well done dishes all around. It a beautiful space and very good service. Can’t wait to return.

                                                    The food was definitely in the French tradition. Lived in the Dordogne and make casoulet. The duck confit excellent. Cauliflower soup exceptional

                                                    Food was great, but I couldn’t hear my wife it’s such a loud restaurant and small. I’m sorry to say it’s not Long Fellows and I won’t be back

                                                    I guess I’ll begin at the beginning. When one gets an amazing reception at the door, it’s the first sign of pure hospitality. That happened. But also amazing food, cocktails and impeccable service throughout dinner happened. All this wrapped up in an environment second to none. Regent at Brookmere is special.

                                                    Service was excellent. Food was modern french style with some unusual but very tasty sauces. Restaurant was expensive but worth it. Portions. we're appropriately sized. The noise level was a little high for my tastes but within reason.

                                                    My sister and I visited Regent on Wednesday night. It was one of the best dining experiences of my life. My sister shares the same feelings as well. We were welcome with open doors held by the manager on duty. We were treated like stars from the moment in until the moment out. We both had selected cocktails from their extense wine and cocktail list, which, by the way, were delicious. We shared the scallops as an appetizer. They melt in your mouth... you can taste the freshness. For dinner, we also shared the short ribs and pork chops. They were both incredibly tasty , top-notch gourmet. Beautiful presentation. We saved dessert for our next visit to Saratoga. Service was perfect and professional. Thank you, Regent, for such a wonderful evening.

                                                    My partner and I just finished an incredible dining experience at The Regent. We were looking for somewhere for an early dinner. The restaurant is modern yet welcoming. We opted to sit at the bar. The bartender, Rachel, was warm and personable yet professional and added to the whole atmosphere. I opted to start with an Allagash White while my partner had a "mocktail" called "cucumber mule". It was very refreshing and the the cucumber was a great mix with the ginger beer. On to the food. We started with the Beet Salad and of course the French Onion Soup. The salad was fresh and delightful. The soup was the best I've had. Hot and savory on a cold Winter's night. On to main plates. We shared two items, Short Ribs and Scallops. The ribs were succulent and the sides were excellent especially the pommes fondant. As for the scallops...what can I say...divine. The Scallops were perfectly cooked and melted in our mouths. We were too satiated for desert. All in all a great experience. Kudos to the staff for making us feel welcome. We will be back often. 5 stars
