Available on the third Wednesday of every month, our four course menu champions seasonal native ingredients. From Dorset crab and Bedlam Farm asparagus to independent cheeses rivalling well-known European counterparts (have you tried Spenwood instead of Pecorino?), discover wonderful ingredients found on your doorstep. The menu will also highlight wild produce like nettles and wild garlic, as well as high welfare local meat and fish dishes dressed tableside.
