First time visiting and we were not disappointed, the staff were great,very friendly and attentive.Food was delicious and they have a great drinks menu.Lovely atmosphere,nice music. We definitely return next time we are in St Ives.

Totally top notch again ! The staff are lovely,the food is great and it’s such relaxing,calm and friendly environment to enjoy a good meal. Highly recommended!

This was a steak and fish restaurant. We went on a Sunday evening and there was only an option of having a Sunday roast menu…..we were not given any other option. Several diners came in and 5 left in the space of 20 mins as they were not able to have the regular menu. Another table came in and they were told Sunday roast menu only….they were just about to leave when they were told they could order of the main menu.,,..but they had no lobster, oysters, or steak! The food when it arrived was p,entirely but unfortunately the gravy that had been poured over the roast was heavily salted which made the meal rather inedible for me. My partner had hake and his was better seasoned. There was no ambience in the restaurant. There were candles that remained unlit and all in all not a relaxing pleasurable experience which was a shame as we had been to this restaurant several times before when it was the Cellar bistro and it was always good. Sorry but won’t be returning.

We have dined here 2 times this week and it was been excellent! Thank you for the birthday card! We had a very nice meal with some good cocktails.

We would definitely recommend Reef and Beef, excellent food, service and ambience. Looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

We used to go when it was the cellar which was always amazing food. But we were very disappointed overall with the food at Reef and Beef. one of us had rack of lamb which was ve fatty. Not much meat. One of us had duck leg which was OK but they literally filled the whole plate with red cabbage. It was ridiculous. A few hard carrots and nothing else. We felt like it was getting near the end of the service and they just dumped it all on the plate to make it look more than it actually was. One of us had the steak . He said that was nice Friendly staff. Nice drinks. Unfortunately we wouldn't return.
