Tina was great. Food was pretty good and beer tower(a gallon of beer) was at a good price. I was here to watch opening day of football and had to ask them to put on the local team (las Vegas Raiders) on one of the big screens in the main area. Which I found a little odd because I would think that would be the norm to have the local team on the big screen. Other than that it was a cool experience.

Made a reservation for dinner before we were to attend Kevin Hart show. Showed up to find that we were turned away because one person in our party was 19 years old and apparently you must be 21 to dine there. Had we been told that we would have eaten at another venue but by the time we knew this all other places were filled. Ended up having to stand in line in food court for an hour ( everyone there to see the show) only to inhale food before going into the theatre. Never again will we book a restaurant nor come to a Resort World for a show, such a hassle off strip to get turned away. So much more offered on strip.

Came for the NADC pop up burger event. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and diligent. Great folks over at RedTail.

The food and services were just outstanding. We even met up with the owner/ co-owner. It was a great time all around. I highly recommend if you come by this pop-up.

You know exactly why you are getting one star. People read the reviews, this business is just like any other Vegas strip overpriced under promised restaurant, but their managers and owners could not care less about their customers. They booked a burger popup with NACB burger based out of Texas. Their burger was fantastic, but was ruined by this horrible restaurant and their worse managers/owners. So to try the NACB popup you had to pay 16 dollars a seat (not towards your meal). Not a big deal, except upon arrival they put the tables out in the middle of resorts worlds walkway (not in their fun dining section, like FALSELY ADVERTISED in their open table PAID experience reservation. To make it worse, they have zero remorse and made us wait 50 MINUTES past our res time with nowhere to sit or anything to do. The manager comes up at one point to his poor hourly workers and just scoffs at all of us angry customers and says, "they can wait if they want to." Without ever addressing us. MEANWHILE the owner of NACB burger is desperately trying to apologize but it's no use. His food was remarkable but he worked with the wrong people here, it ruined his experience. I have no problem waiting, but to be put aside for some "high roller vips that just came in" is truly disgusted because... WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SEATS AND HAD NO MEANS OF A REFUND TO JUST LEAVE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HOPEFULLY SOON TO BE GONE RESTAURANT!

Best burger I’ve ever had at the NADC pop up and the Zouk Staff at Redtail made it a great experience.

Arrived for our reservation 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. We were told they ran out of food. Manager was nice enough to offer us a free drink. That was a nice gesture, but doesn’t make up for no phone call to inform us that they could not fulfill our reservation. It was 9:30PM. Kind of late to make other dinner plans.

Too many complaints overall and not enough energy to re-explain the whole ordeal Long story short I would have rather just been denied service from the moment I booked my prior reservation & showing up… instead of going through all of the multiple minor issues that eventually lead up to become one giants issue in the end. Thankfully the meal was fully compensated but will never return and would never recommend to anyone I know. The NADC Burger Pop-Up food itself was perfect and would recommend to anyone I would just never tell them to go to RedTail at Resorts World Not worth the overall experience or service
