Great experience! The waitress was super kind and very attentive with us. It was definitely not surface level service !! We all got the steak and frites with cocktails and it was great. Truffle fries and sweet potato fries are a must !

Food was good and a service was good. Just waited a while to get our bill as it was busier and our server was busy

Easy access as it is near a Mall entrance. Food was fresh and delicious but on the pricey side. Not a fan of string bean french fries. Salmon was delicious, as was the Red's burger. It was HUGE ! Waitress was very knowledgeable. She did ask if there were any allergies.

My boyfriend and I spent Valentine's Day here and it was an amazing night. Our waitress, Shania, was amazing and an absolute delight. My boyfriend had the steak and prawns, and I had the steak and sushi. The steak was cooked nicely and the seasoning was really good as well. It was our first time being at this restaurant and will certainly not be our last.

Good experience, but not amazing. I was impressed with the service as they managed a very busy night, seated us only a few minutes past our reservation time, and the waitress did warn us about long delays for getting orders out (25+ minutes). She advised getting an appetizer which would be out quicker. The ambiance in the place is cool and to my liking. It's a little loud on a busy night but not too bad where we were sitting. The down side to this place was the food quality and value. Neither impressed me. Steak was okay, sides were nothing to write home about, Chicken Parmesan was dry and over cooked, and the prices were high for both quality and quantity. Overall still a good experience and place, but not as impressive as I expected. Perhaps I need to try other dishes of theirs or visit on a night when they aren't at capacity seating.
