Our party of 5 ate here last Saturday night, and we could not fault one thing about it. When we arrived, we were shown to our table, which was under the Sakura Tree. It was fab and the overall decor of the restaurant was beautiful. The food was excellent, so many choices, portions were the perfect size ,the quality was outstanding, as was the value for money. I could not speak highly enough about the staff. Each member was as friendly and helpful as the next and they went above and beyond to give us a great night. There was the perfect balance between them being attentive but also not feeling like you were being rushed to vacate the table. Overall an incredible night was had by all. Thank you Red Torch Ginger and we will look forward to returning very soon

Outstanding service from Manni and team. All the family enjoyed their meals, will definitely return and have recommended to several people. Clean, lovely tableware, fresh tasty food and impeccable service. Only thing missing was the iced fruit tea that they serve in Andrew St. Staff are interested in getting it right and it shows.

Great night ! Lovely interior and food delicious especially Dim Sum. Our server was so attentive too, we will definitely be back!

As usual, we had a great time. The food and service were excellent looking forward to going back. Staff are very friendly and professional.

We were celebrating a family birthday on Friday, we had a lovely time, food was gorgeous, atmosphere was great & our waiter was just the best, he couldnt do enough to make sure our experience was a great one, unfortunately i dont have his name but he really was lovely & so enthusiastic.

The restaurant was under staffed, the service was terrible, very slow. When asked the staff said it was there worst shift ever and the management never once explained or apologised for the poor service. I am a regular at this restaurant and enjoy its food, ambiance and location but I have serious reservations about it going forward. AND the complimentary control for Fathers Day was disgusting 🤮.

Food was fab but service terrible , we felt sorry for the 2 or 3 floor staff trying to cope with a full house, they were really stressed. We gave up trying to get anyone for the dessert menu & drinks. A table of approx 7 beside us were in the same boat. When paying, the lady was very apologetic & deducted the cost of drinks from our bill without being asked. For Father’s Day, it should have been known how busy it would be. This is not the normal service I’ve got here & I’ll be back again, the food is great.
