    Fresh ingredients bold flavors. Loved the elk Loin, my wife had the lamb shank and it was exceptional. Don't skip desert.

    This place is very special. Even though this is a relatively new hotel/restaurant it feels very rustic. The food was excellent. I had the Caesar salad followed by their excellent, melt in your mouth, braised lamb. M wife had the perfectly cooked grouper. Highly recommend a visit.

    How did we not know about this excellent restaurant? The food was outstanding and we loved the ambiance. We will be back.

    Delay in seating for about 10 min with no hostess. The waiter was fine and the food very good.

    Server was professional and very attentive but the food quality for the price was definitely lack luster. The Ribeye steak for $64., was extremely fatty and filled with gristle and only a 1/2 inch thick. Sadly, it was cooked without any seasoning at all! This used to be our favorite restaurant but this marks two bad experiences within a 3 month period. Chef’s special fish entree also lacked any seasoning.

    My husband and I really enjoyed our breakfast. He had the French toast with apples, cherries and a vanilla ricotta cream which was amazing! I had the eggs Benedict which was delicious as well. It was our second time enjoying breakfast at the Red Stag and we both highly recommend it.
