Situé dans le sud du 5ème quartier de Miami Beach, le Red bénéficie d'une décoration noire moderne qui intègre une touche exotique de Miami. Proposant uniquement les meilleurs pièces de bœuf Angus certifiées et raffinées sur l'os ou non, le menu a été imaginé par le chef Peter Vauthy. Il prépare des plats hybrides de la cuisine classique et des ingrédients frais de saison. Toutes les préparations, que ce soit des sauces jusqu'aux garnitures, sont cuisinées de A à Z et transformeront les plus fervents végétariens en carnivores voraces. Le bar dispose d'une sélection de plus de 500 vins, dont son propre mélange privé et des cocktails faits maison. Le restaurant a récemment été désigné " Innovateur de l'année " par l'association nationale de la viande bovine. Si vous souhaitez trouver un endroit peu conventionnel pour organiser un événement, ne cherchez pas plus loin : le Red se spécialise dans des concepts originaux et propose des espaces polyvalents notamment deux salles à manger privées et un salon spacieux de grand standing permettant de préparer de très grands rassemblements (peu importe la taille).

My order got messed up and to wait another 30mins. This was an inconvenience for me and instead of them, giving me a discount for their mistake. They decided to give me a dessert. Our bill should have been credited for a glass of wine or something. The food was OK.

Had a fantastic evening at RED. Our meal was exceptional start to finish.. Great salads and amazing steaks, sides and dessert! Can't wait to go back. Service could not have been better. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dinner experience in South Beach.

I wanted to try this so why not take advantage of the Miami Spice fixed price menu offer, $60 for a 3 course dinner as otherwise it is quite an expensive restaurat. The menu was different from what it is shown on the Miami Beach website for Miami Spice, I guess they change weekly with some variations. I had the tuna sashimi, the steak and the strawberry shortcake. I asked for the steak to be medium rare but it came well done, for a steakhouse to mess up with your steak it seems not that great but I could not be bothered to send it back as it was very tasty anyway. Thank goodness I also thought of bringing my own wine as their wine list is great but all very expensive wines so much better to bring a bottle of what you like and pay for corkage fee $35, you can only bring bottles that they don’t have on their list so you would have to call and make sure the wine you will bring is not on it. Second bottle of wine has a corkage fee of $50, honestly I don’t think it is fair, the corkage fee should be the same for each bottle and if you don’t want people to bring their own wines maybe offer some at reasonable pricing too. . . . . #miamibeach #miami #miamifoodie #steakhouse #foodie #naddiasfavorites #naddias_favorites #foodporn #foodlover #foodlove

Went for a quiet dinner on south beach and was able to enjoy the Miami Spice menu. Great pricing for amazing quality dining, will definitely return. Service and drinks were also top tier.

Food was pretty good here. The whole place is missing something like maybe live entertainment. Also the parking deters people. No valet and they want you to use a valet down the street that charges 30 and it’s not even in front of the place: this alone would keep me from going back.

Red South Beach does not disappoint. My partner and I celebrated his birthday there and the service was amazing as usual. The food was flavorful and tasty. We enjoyed a very intimate setting in the exquisite both near the bar. Our server brought us a complimentary cheesecake that was to die for. The fresh berries accentuated the cheesecake wonderfully. Everyone must try this restaurant at least once. We will be back the next time we’re in South Beach.
