Situé dans le sud du 5ème quartier de Miami Beach, le Red bénéficie d'une décoration noire moderne qui intègre une touche exotique de Miami. Proposant uniquement les meilleurs pièces de bœuf Angus certifiées et raffinées sur l'os ou non, le menu a été imaginé par le chef Peter Vauthy. Il prépare des plats hybrides de la cuisine classique et des ingrédients frais de saison. Toutes les préparations, que ce soit des sauces jusqu'aux garnitures, sont cuisinées de A à Z et transformeront les plus fervents végétariens en carnivores voraces. Le bar dispose d'une sélection de plus de 500 vins, dont son propre mélange privé et des cocktails faits maison. Le restaurant a récemment été désigné " Innovateur de l'année " par l'association nationale de la viande bovine. Not worth the price, when the service is that bad. Same steak you can have anywhere else for less.

This was our second trip to Red. It is the only restaurant we have visited more than once in South Beach. The service is impeccable and the steaks are worth every penny.

It took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to bring our meal. The order was completely wrong. Veggies were sautéed instead of steamed. Steaks had seasonings when asked for none. Cocktail sauce was almost frozen. Server probably forgot to put in the order. He rarely showed up at our table. Manager didn’t seem to care either.

Food and service was excellent. The bartender was our server and she was very attentive. I had the Lobster Oysters Rockefeller and they were delicious. My husband had the bone in pork chop which he really enjoyed.

Last nights diner was amazing! I had the strip and my husband had the veal chop Parmigiana. Both cooked perfectly! They also have the greatest bread!!! A special thank you to our server Bruno.. he was super nice and helpful. But we have a special thank you to the Manager Nicole! You were so gracious to us last year and again this year for my husband’s birthday…. You are the best! Can’t wait to see you again next Friday nite for another terrific dinner! See you soon Lauren 💐

Fantastic meal. The “Miami Heat” cocktail is one of the best! Food and service were both perfect. I never do reviews, but that’s how good this place was.

The waiter was attentive and the food was okay. I frequently visit 5 start restaurants and my experience was a 4 at best. The lighting was extremely dim that had to use my camera phone to see the menu. Overall, it was a nice experience. I would suggest that they play a little soft music, it was too quiet for such a nice ambiance. I was not wowed, but I can’t say it was a bad experience for a first time visit.
