Situé dans le sud du 5ème quartier de Miami Beach, le Red bénéficie d'une décoration noire moderne qui intègre une touche exotique de Miami. Proposant uniquement les meilleurs pièces de bœuf Angus certifiées et raffinées sur l'os ou non, le menu a été imaginé par le chef Peter Vauthy. Il prépare des plats hybrides de la cuisine classique et des ingrédients frais de saison. Toutes les préparations, que ce soit des sauces jusqu'aux garnitures, sont cuisinées de A à Z et transformeront les plus fervents végétariens en carnivores voraces. Le bar dispose d'une sélection de plus de 500 vins, dont son propre mélange privé et des cocktails faits maison. Le restaurant a récemment été désigné " Innovateur de l'année " par l'association nationale de la viande bovine. Si vous souhaitez trouver un endroit peu conventionnel pour organiser un événement, ne cherchez pas plus loin : le Red se spécialise dans des concepts originaux et propose des espaces polyvalents notamment deux salles à manger privées et un salon spacieux de grand standing permettant de préparer de très grands rassemblements (peu importe la taille).

Served the wrong bottle of wine even after confirming the label twice - we didn't make a big deal about it since it was 1/2 off bottles of wine, but we were charged for the more expensive bottle that was brought to the table and poured. Also our food was fine but our friend's "wagyu" tomahawk rib eye was riddled with fat to the point it was inedible. They were brought a filet instead which they said was "just ok". Kind of ruined the timing and the initial fun vibe of the evening. A mediocre experience all in all.

A staple in South Beach. The food is expertly prepared and appropriately seasoned. The whipped mashed potatoes were silky smooth. The french onion soup was piping hot and hearty. A great way to start what should be a wonderful dining experience.

My experience was HORRIBLE!! I regret bringing my new year in here. There was no type of vibe, no count down, confetti, it was very blah. The food was terrible!!! The garlic shrimp scampi tasted like it had been sitting, it was not hot. My shrimp cocktail smelled very fishy as if it was not cleaned. Not to mention the mini charcuterie plate was insulting, the quality of cheese tasted like it came from Aldi. The server was not accommodating. For $866.00 I accepted better. NEVER AGAIN!!

Steve was the best! The experience overall was great. Just wish we would have known that the only option was a pre fixed menu at $250 each plus 20% gratuity.

We were very disappointed with the cost of our dinner last night . The A 5 Strip steak was full of fat and half of the steak was not edible . We were not made aware the regular menu was not available last night . We have dined at Red South Beach many times and use to a better experience. $1100 for a salad , steak , vegetable, and dessert is way overpriced. However Yulia provided us excellent service

We had a fabulous time at Red. The hostess was lovely and remembered our anniversary. She suggested some great mocktails. Our server was great too and the food was fantastic. Would recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

This place was amazing. Quality pays it doesn't cost. Staff were amazing. Wine was great, with an adequate selection. The food was delicious, and I try out numerous restaurants a year. Staff pop by your table the right amount of times while eating.
