Key West seafood restaurant in the heart of old town on Petronia. The menu is kept small so that everything is nice and fresh for you. Yellowtail snapper, fish of the day, Key West pink shrimp, and seafood medley highlight the menu.
Deviled Eggs topped with Scallops, Shrimp Mango Toast and Crispy Pork Belly Croustinis tantalize the pallet. Beef stroganoff made with certified black angus beef is a favorite.

Relaxing, unpretentious, and romantic.
Seating is very limited.
24 Hour Cancellation window.
For the consideration of our guests, we do not accept parties over the size of six (6).
We offer a 6 pm and an 8 pm seating.

Had the most amazing time. The server John was amazing the host Suzy was fantastic. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. This is how it should be done.

New favorite in Key West. By far the best food of any of the places we visited on this trip. Fresh and well prepared. Very nice (( but not over the top) wine list.

Nice staff but was not checked on during meal. Had to ask for items like wine a couple of times and never served. Maybe we caught them on a bad night ot mayne short staffed but was not a great experience. My wife and I both got the same dish and were told it was their specialty by the staff but quality was not good.

Party of 5 that went there for dinner. It was our anniversary and they treated us very well. They were very attentive. The shrimp with lobster appetizer was great. My son and husband had the beef stroganoff, my other son had the seafood medley and my other son had the lobster rolls as his entree. No complaints AT ALL and only complements. Highly suggest.

We disguvered Red Shoe Island Bistro last year in our annual Key West weekend and liked it so much went back this year and it was even better! Food is fresh and imaginative with twists on local key west shrimp and a great pear salad and many other dishes. The owner is great and on Friday nights has a David Bowie theme with music playing as well as record players every night playing in the bathrooms which is fun and unique.Highly recommend!

Our dining experience was exceptional! From the greeting when we walked in the door to the very end. Our waiter (we can't recall his name!) was attentive and brought up a couple of wines to taste as we weren't familiar with the wineries. They offered an amuse bouche, which was a happy surprise. We shared the lobster roll profiteroles which were light and delicious. I got the shrimp in red chili sauce which was so flavorful. My partner got the special catch of the day which was grouper and she loved it. We both got deserts (chocolate truffles and the lavender cheesecake) along with a 25 year old tawny port to end the evening. Everything was spot on and amazing! Being tourists for the weekend in Kest West, we tried another place the next evening that was closer to the water with a view, and it paled in comparison (by a very long shot and cost nearly the same as dining here - and we didn't get desert, or a port, or a bottle of wine or the fantastic service) to our experience here at Red Shoe. We will 100% be back the next time we're in Key West, and do yourself a favor, make a reservation here. You won't regret it!

Impeccable service with a warm and friendly staff. Everything we’ve ordered has been prepared perfectly and delicious. Dining here is a must while in Key West.
