Red Salt Room mixes signatures of renowned chef David Burke like the clothesline bacon and his patented use of Himalayan salt to dry age steaks, with Executive Chef Anup Patwal's intricate seasonal New American menu. Awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Science's "Five Star" Diamond award, Red Salt Room will transport guests to the kind of luxury and elegance they have come to expect from The Garden City Hotel.

Dinner:
- Wednesday & Thursday 5pm to 9pm
- Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9:30pm
Brunch:
- Sunday: Seatings 11am and 1:30pm

Dress Code: tastefully casual. No hats, sweatpants, tank tops, crop tops, flip-flips, open toe shoes on gentlemen, or pool/gym attire. Hoodies are allowed, but hoods must be worn down.

For parties of 8 or more, a $50 deposit per guest is required, and will be redeemed on the date of the reservation.

I always enjoy red salt. We go during restaurant week to take advantage of the price fixe menu. I did not like the new vinyl tablecloths. There is a section that drops down beneath the surface of the table, and it did not appear to be clean.

From beginning to end we had excellent service. Our waiter made sure everything was perfect and the manager came over to make sure that we had a pleasant experience. Great atmosphere , excellent food and wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!!

I would have paid a 25% tip, but the server slipped an 18% service charge without notice or announcing she did. In other establishments, they try to make a dubious distinction 9f the service charge and tip, but the reality is they hope that insertion is missed and another tip is added practically doubling the intended amount. Good for them. But it's better said than slipped in. And unbecoming of the caliber of that restaurant

Dinner was delicious, ambiance was perfect and it truly made for the best date night with my husband. They never dissappoint..try their brunch too...it's amazing!!

Excellent food and service! Bacon clothes so clever and delicious! My husband had the lamb chops- he said they were amazing! I had surf and turf - filet with bernaise sauce with angry lobster tail! So good!

I had Dinner at The Red Salt Room By David Burke prior to Yesterday .But the High tea experience was Divine . Service Was Excellent.. food was succulent and the Atmosphere was Truly a Good One . I had told all my Friends and nie we are planning A high Tea birthday Celebration. Thank You it was truly an amazing experience

The food was amazing! Lots to choose from, no matter your diet or lifestyle. Our waiter, Francis, was attentive, professional and kept my glass full! Highly recommend the Brunch!

Fantastic experience on my wife’s bday, all staff amazing and food is extremely delicious!! Our server Nicholas was incredible and deserves 10 stars, as does Jose Luis!! They were both amazing and made the experience worthwhile. I would definitely come back just because of the treatment received.

Way over priced. Waiter only visited table to try to sell another drink. Food was good but not great.
