Red Salt Room mixes signatures of renowned chef David Burke like the clothesline bacon and his patented use of Himalayan salt to dry age steaks, with Executive Chef Anup Patwal's intricate seasonal New American menu. Awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Science's "Five Star" Diamond award, Red Salt Room will transport guests to the kind of luxury and elegance they have come to expect from The Garden City Hotel.

Dinner:
- Wednesday & Thursday 5pm to 9pm
- Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9:30pm
Brunch:
- Sunday: Seatings 11am and 1:30pm

Dress Code: tastefully casual. No hats, sweatpants, tank tops, crop tops, flip-flips, open toe shoes on gentlemen, or pool/gym attire. Hoodies are allowed, but hoods must be worn down.

For parties of 8 or more, a $50 deposit per guest is required, and will be redeemed on the date of the reservation.

Join us for Spooky Tea on October 19, 2024 at 12pm, with children encouraged to wear their costumes, crafts, and a spooky themed menu! Menu is available on the hotel's website. $50.00 advance deposit per guest, payable upon reserving, will be redeemed towards final payment the day of your reservation. We strongly encourage younger guests to wear their Halloween costumes, enjoy "spooky" selections from our pastry team, and go wild at a craft table that will feature cupcake & doughnut decorating stations. Cost per guest: $75.00 for adults and children 13+, not including 8.625% sales tax and 18% gratuity (total $94.97) $50.00 for children 12 and younger, not including 8.625% sales tax and 18% gratuity (total $63.31)

Our server was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. She definitely made my husband’s surprise 50th birthday a day to remember!

Red Salt Room did a wonderful job creating a memorable and joyous experience for our birthday celebration. Decorating our table and welcoming us with a hand written note by the General Manager was a beautiful touch for the honored guest. The staff was wonderful, the dishes were excellent, and a grand time was had!

Absolutely love The Red Salt Room. Everything about it is outstanding. It has become one of our absolute favorite restaurants. Great ambiance, incredible food and the staff is second to none. It’s the crown jewel of the Garden City Hotel.

Outstanding dining experience. Consistently excellent. We were served by Mary. We cannot say enough about her. Polite, knowledgeable, appears to never have a bad day. Sincerely enjoys making diners happy. Never tires of answering questions. She was assisted by Jose Luis. We had a great evening. Thank you both. A big thank you to the Chef & staff. The food was prepared to perfection. I started with the Caesar Salad. My wife had the Burrata. My entree was the Filet Mignon. Unbelievable! Already decided I'm having it next visit. My wife had the Chicken Milanese. Delicious but portion was too large. No room for dessert just freshly brewed coffee. Thank you RSR !

From the start everyone who worked there were attentive. They new our names, they were curtious. Our waitress and her assistant were great. The food was excellent. I would definitely go back

My wife and I enjoyed an exceptional dining experience at the Red Salt Room this past week. It started with the staff. Everyone is so pleasant it truly is a joy to dine here. Our server was Mary. As she always does, Mary made certain our entire dining experience was flawless. From helping select which wine to pair with our dinner all the way through the freshly brewed coffee, Mary was there exactly when we needed her. She was assisted by Jose Luis who returned from a well deserved vacation. He was missed. As always, our dinners were delicious. I started with the Caesar Salad. My wife had the Burrata Salad. My entree was the Chicken Milanese. My wife had the Caesar Salad with Shrimp. The wine Mary helped us with was a Louis Jadot Chassagne-Montrachet. Perfect. Thank you Mary! Thank you to everyone at the Red Salt Room.
