Red Salt Room mixes signatures of renowned chef David Burke like the clothesline bacon and his patented use of Himalayan salt to dry age steaks, with Executive Chef Anup Patwal's intricate seasonal New American menu. Awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Science's "Five Star" Diamond award, Red Salt Room will transport guests to the kind of luxury and elegance they have come to expect from The Garden City Hotel.

Dinner:
- Wednesday & Thursday 5pm to 9pm
- Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9:30pm
Brunch:
- Sunday: Seatings 11am and 1:30pm

Dress Code: tastefully casual. No hats, sweatpants, tank tops, crop tops, flip-flips, open toe shoes on gentlemen, or pool/gym attire. Hoodies are allowed, but hoods must be worn down.

For parties of 8 or more, a $50 deposit per guest is required, and will be redeemed on the date of the reservation.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner in a 5 Star restaurant manned with a superb staff. Our server Mary was on point the entire evening. Starting with our wine selection through dinner and finishing with delicious freshly brewed coffee, Mary made sure our evening was perfect. She was assisted by Jose Luis. A terrific team. The manager was Mike. As busy as he may get, he's always checking with the diners to make sure all is well. For dinner we decided on the Lobster Tagliatelle. We paired it with a bottle of Louis Jadot Chassagne-Montrachet, a delicious French white wine, very reasonably priced. It's a pairing we'll definitely have again. Thank you RSR!!

Excellent menu so much so hard to make a choice. We shared watermelon and feta salad. Yum! We also enjoyed coconut gazpacho...another Yum! Bone in rib eye with mash potatoes along with short rib gnocchi...Wow! Overall food was superb and service both helpful and attentive. We would return in a heartbeat

This was my 2nd visit to the Red Salt Room. They did not disappoint! Food and service was impeccable. What a great way to celebrate my 35th wedding anniversary

It was hot and humid outside but the climate inside was perfect. We had a very nice evening at the RSR recently. Our server was Mary. We look forward to seeing her each visit. Jose Luis assisted Mary. We hadn't seen him for several visits and it was good to see him again. It was also good to see server Moe. He usually manages to stop and see us and exchange pleasantries. A professional. As for our dinners, I started with the Caesar Salad. My wife went with the Crab Cakes. The warm weather led us to each have Chicken Milanese paired with a chilled bottle of Domaines Ott Rose. Perfect. A side of Brussels Sprouts left us with room only for some freshly brewed coffee. A very nice experience. Thank you RSR.

Very nice dinner. For starters, my wife had the Burrata Salad while I had the Caesar Salad. Our server Mary suggested a Domaines Ott Rose to pair with my Pork Chop and my wife's Risotto with Crab. Excellent choice of wine. We shared a side of asparagus. Some freshly brewed coffee put a perfect finishing touch on a delicious dinner. Thank you RSR.
