Red Salt Room mixes signatures of renowned chef David Burke like the clothesline bacon and his patented use of Himalayan salt to dry age steaks, with Executive Chef Anup Patwal's intricate seasonal New American menu. Awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Science's "Five Star" Diamond award, Red Salt Room will transport guests to the kind of luxury and elegance they have come to expect from The Garden City Hotel.

Dinner:
- Wednesday & Thursday 5pm to 9pm
- Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9:30pm
Brunch:
- Sunday: Seatings 11am and 1:30pm

Dress Code: tastefully casual. No hats, sweatpants, tank tops, crop tops, flip-flips, open toe shoes on gentlemen, or pool/gym attire. Hoodies are allowed, but hoods must be worn down.

For parties of 8 or more, a $50 deposit per guest is required, and will be redeemed on the date of the reservation.

Service was great, food amazing! Our first time there, beautiful interior, seated promptly, all wait staff was very attentive. Food was served hot, and everyone was spot- on ! We went on a Thursday and had the Surf & Turf (surf was crab cake & turf was sirloin) average portions. Would definitely go back. Thanks to all the staff for a great evening.

100% in the top 3 restaurants I’ve ever been to! Went here for an anniversary dinner and everything about this place blew us away. From the service to the ambiance and let’s not forget about the impeccable taste and quality of their food. There is not a single item on the menu we tried that we didn’t fully enjoy! Definitely coming back soon!

My wife and I always look forward to dining at the Red Salt Room. It starts with entering the beautiful Garden City Hotel. The valet service, the doormen, the beautiful and spotless hotel lobby all signal we're in for a five star dining experience and the RSR never disappoints. The dining room is first class. The staff is always polite and professional. Our server for the evening was Mary. We've dined with Mary numerous times and still haven't caught her on a bad day. Always courteous, Mary sincerely wants her diners to have an experience that will bring them back. The same goes for Jose Luis who assists Mary and is the consummate professional. For our dinners, I started with the Caesar Salad while my wife chose the Burrata Salad. My entree was Chicken Milanese. My wife's was the Caesar Salad with Shrimp. Our sides were Asparagus and Sauteed Spinach. Three delicious courses! The wine Mary poured for us was a Louis Jadot Meursault. Excellent pairing. Thanks to everyone at the Red Salt Room!

Fantastic dining experience. Service by JC was outstanding. Food (apps, porterhouse, lobsters, sides, deserts) & cocktails were great. Only recommendation is the bar needs to use large single cube of ice in cocktails.

Dinner was very good with the exception of one appetizer that was unappetizingly spicy and should have been indicated on the menu and the waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. We had a horrible table and felt on top of the adjacent table which was particularly unfortunate.

Extremely enjoyable evening. The ambience, the staff, the food were all five star. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. We've dined here a number of times and have never had or even witnessed poor or rude service. Our server for the evening was Mary. A professional in every sense of the word, Mary makes certain her customers are treated with the politeness and attentiveness one expects from a fine dining restaurant. Thank you Mary. Jose Luis assisted Mary. Great team. Now, for the meal. We started with Caesar Salads. My wife then had the Dry Aged Beef Cheek Pappardelle while my entree for the evening was the delicious Wagyu Short Ribs. For sides, we chose to add the Sauteed Baby Spinach to our regular choice of Grilled Asparagus. The entire meal was prepared perfectly and was delicious. The wine we chose was a delicious Brunello di Montalcino. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you RSR.

Our family had a lovely time at brunch! Service was wonderful, as usual!! Food was delicious with so much to choose from. Nicely and tastefully decorated for Halloween and the Fall season! A+
